Inspiring BBG Girls Share Their Transformations

This week I am sharing some amazing transformations from two girls who have put in a TON of hard work to get to where they are! Super proud of them! #KaylasArmy

This is the lovely @stephtodd__ who sent me this email:

"I was always active through out my life, I cheered in middle school, high school and college, but even though I was active I never felt toned at all or completely comfortable in my own skin. I had a personal trainer before who did a lot more of cardio than anything else and encouraged me to do a lot of restrictive diets with me. Once I got your guide I felt in control and knew exactly what I needed to do to achieve my dream body. I have definitely felt a difference in clothes around my arms and thighs. Because I'm no longer doing the calorie restrictive type diet I have noticed that I now have energy all day long and all around feel better, I used both the guides and loved them! I am on Week 6 of the guide and I am SO much happier, I can't wait to finish the 1.0 and move on to 2.0!"

This is the lovely @celine_moustaki who sent me this lovely email:

"First of all, I want to let you know that I come from France (yes, you got a reputation even here :D) so I am already sorry about the mistakes I am probably (for sure) going to make hahaha. Secondly, and that is why I am writing you, I would like to say to you thank you. 
When I discovered your guides, I was feeling very bad with myself. I was coming back from England after a stay of 9 months there (junk food, no exercises, parties…) and my body radically changed. I have never been overweight in my life but for the first time I couldn’t bear to look at my body in the mirror. I tried to deal with it by running more but I was getting so frustrated seeing no results at all. I couldn't help myself asking people if they hadn't noticed any difference about me. (And, obviously, they were all telling me that everything was alright, that I was looking good as I was etc.) I was also following you on Instagram, looking amazed at all those girls who were using your guide. They all looked happy and healthy.
I asked myself "If they can, why not me?" 

Today, I started my first day of my week 13. And I feel… amazing. I feel strong, healthy, fit, beautiful and very proud of what I have done. And everyday, I look forward to do my workout.

I will never be able to thank you enough Kayla for what you have done for me. But you completely changed my life."
