I LOVE receiving all your amazing Reviews and Bikini Body Guide transformation emails, especially when I get to read all the incredible stories that accompany them! This week I want to share some amazing girls who have put in SO much effort and received jaw dropping results following my guides.

“Before the Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guides I was mostly a cardio girl. I have played netball for 19 years now and more recently had started doing a lot of running, completing three half marathons in three years. I tried weights in the gym but it didn't overly excite me, and I wasn't seeing the results I wanted.

Despite being fit, I wasn't happy with my body. I wanted to be stronger and toned. I wanted abs! Excessive high impact cardio had left me with niggling back and knee injuries and I knew something needed to change. I came across the Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guides and I haven't looked back. I'm so proud of my achievements, and my injuries haven't reoccurred. I feel so much happier and more confident - I can't wait for summer!

I have so much more energy now, I'm up and out early at weekends and I can't sit still! I look forward to working out. I used Bikini Body Guide 1.0, Bikini Body Guide 2.0 and the HELP Nutrition Guide. The HELP Guide has been the most valuable for me. I find it easiest (and cheapest) to plan one day's food using the HELP Guide, and follow this plan for the week. I then change it up the next week to ensure variety. I love food, so I really enjoy eating more than ever while getting the results I could only have dreamed of previously. The HELP Guide has completely changed my attitude and approach to food. I now see each food group for its purpose and not just for enjoyment, and I'm no longer afraid of carbs!”

“Before I started the Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide I had a really unhealthy relationship with myself and was always struggling with how I look. People were making fun of me for being overweight. I couldn't even look at myself in the mirror. For a while I was starving myself with 800 calories a day and working out twice a day every day, which lead to even more weight gain. I was so depressed and hated myself even more. The lack of self-worth, good mood, energy and confidence was unbearable, I had to change.
