I have two amazing Bikini Body Guide Transformations to share with you girls this week! You need to read the two stories below, both of these girls have worked SO hard and achieved incredible results following my guides.

This is the lovely @marisifit who sent me this email:

"Before starting Kayla's Bikini Body Guide, I was ashamed of my body. Even though I did not weigh that much, people would call me "fat" for no reason and make fun of me. So my thought was that they were right and I should change myself. 

But back then, I was young and naïve and so I made the biggest mistake a young girl would do - STARVE MYSELF! I did not understand how much this would affect my body, I did not understand how our body works. I hated myself.
I decided to change my lifestyle because I was so unhappy with myself. I hated how I looked, I hated how I felt and I hated my mood swings.I found your Instagram and felt so inspired, I wanted to prove myself that I could feel great about myself too, that food is not the enemy if you do it right - and I did it! :D

I now love working out everyday, it makes me feel more energized, happy and powerful! I love seeing progress, I hated doing push ups and now I love everything about them!

I would love to thank you and your team for your work. You changed my life, I don't do it to lose weight when summer comes but it really is a lifestyle that completely changed my life and I'm so thankful!!!!!"

This is the lovely @morgan_lynnn who sent me this email:

"I’ve always been athletic and very active. I have played sports year round since I was 7 years old and I even went on to play collegiate sports for a year. But although I’ve been active my whole life,  I’ve never considered myself happy with my body. I have always been self conscious about it because I’m taller than the average girl and I’ve always had more muscle than my friends too. So I always assumed that it was impossible for me to get my “dream body.” My eating habits were nothing constant, I thought there was no hope. I would constantly torture myself with cardio at the gym 5/6 days a week- hoping that I would get somewhere. But I never saw the results I was hoping for. 

After I ended my sports career, I decided I wanted to focus on being happy with myself and my own body for once. I wanted to be fully confident and proud to put on that bikini come summertime. Having a toned body has always been my goal. And I haven’t been able to see a change with just my old constant “cardio-only” workouts I was performing and my poor eating habits. After months of convincing myself, I decided as my “New Years Resolution” I would take on the Bikini Body Guide challenge!

The progress I have seen and felt has changed the whole way I live. I have gone down 2 clothing sizes and I now feel stronger than ever. My legs and arms have a great toned look to them, I’m no longer self-conscious to show them off. Also, just like every girls dream- my stomach now has ABS!! and I never thought that was possible. But more importantly- by completing the Bikini Body Guide, I have now accepted and love my height. I used to be very self-conscious of it, but I have now learned to love my body for what it is (I even wear heels now!!!). My energy levels are off the roof, I’m more positive than I was before and I am always in a good mood because I supply my body with good foods and proper exercise. I am now “HEALTHY” instead of just “Active” and it couldn’t feel better.

My starting weight was 171 lbs and now my weight is 161 lbs. But it just shows you, you can’t always rely on the scale to show how much progress you make. I may have only lost 10 pounds but I feel like I’ve lost 25.

I used both the Bikini Body Training Guide and HELP Nutrition Guide. But once I got the hang of nutrition and what was good / bad choices of food (thanks to the HELP Guide), I started my own nutrition cycle. Without the nutrition guide, I would have still been eating junk and fueling my body with bad foods."
