"Before I started the Bikini Body Training Guide I was always tired, I did little exercise and I ate unhealthily and didn't think much of it. Because I was eating very sugary, 'fast' foods, my blood sugars were hard to control, and because I did next to no exercise I started piling on weight! I lacked motivation to start eating healthily, I'd try and go on diets but sooner or later I was back to eating junk food! I decided to change my lifestyle because I wanted to feel more positive and confident in my own skin, as well as improve my health (better control over my Type 1 Diabetes) and mental wellbeing. After seeing the Bikini Body Guide Transformation photos on Instagram I was immediately inspired and I decided to give it a try for myself!

I've gone from a UK size 10 to a UK size 8. I no longer feel uncomfortable in my own clothing because my self confidence and body shape has drastically improved. I no longer worry about my tummy showing in gym gear! My energy has improved dramatically, for some reason I was under the impression that if I did MORE exercise I'd be even MORE tired, but it doesn't work that way! The more regular exercise I do the stronger and more energetic I feel!"

"Hi Kayla, I just wanted to email my progress pic from completing 21 weeks of your guide. I started the first week in April, 12 weeks after the birth of my second child. After my first son was born I really struggled emotionally with a lot of things. On top of being a new mom I was living in a body I didn't recognize. It was not an easy postpartum experience.
