I have some truly inspirational stories to share with you girls this week! These two lovely ladies completed my Bikini Body Training Guides and achieved amazing results! I am SO proud of them!

This is the lovely @gabriella_noell who sent me this email:

"I grew up playing soccer since the age of 6 playing at top levels but continued to have ankle injuries every season. When college came around I had the possibility to play at Division 1 schools (elite soccer schools) but unfortunately I was worried not only about my body lasting but I also wanted a life where I could be involved in other aspects of university life. By my 3rd year at a university I decided to study abroad in Madrid and had an amazing time. It is truly an experience I will never regret and am so thankful for. However my body was not accustomed to the Spanish diet and at one point I had to go to the emergency room for a stomach infection due to poor diet. I found your Instagram one night while I was abroad and decided that when I got back to California I was going to devote myself to getting back in to shape. What I didn't know was that the Bikini Body Guides would completely change my life, and I came out in better shape than I had in my entire soccer career. I even became a better soccer player for my club team and noticed that my sprint times were faster and I was able to run 90 minutes no problem. Strangers in the gym would come up to me and tell me how they see me every morning and are amazed at how strong my body was becoming. It was even better when men would come up and ask me if the workouts I was doing were only for women or if men could do them too. Of course I said men could do them! But I'm not sure if they could keep up ;)
Once I started noticing the changes in my body it wasn't long before other people noticed as well. When I got back from studying abroad I weighed about 160 pounds. After completing the first 12 weeks I weighed 148 pounds. I decided to do the first 12 weeks again and noticed more muscle toning in my body. After just completing the Bikini Body Guide 2.0 on Sunday I now weigh 144 pounds and am so happy with the way I feel and look. I went from being a size 8-9 to now a size 4-6. The last time I was a 4 was when I was 14 years old, and now I am 22. Being a soccer player I found it hard to lose size in my legs and was blown away when my mom took me to buy new jeans and I could fit in a size 4 jean. I even went down in my bra size. Coming back from Spain I was a 32DDD and now I am a 32D. Not only have a lost a ton of weight but I have gained a lot of energy. I work with kids 40 hours a week so this is SO important to me because I am constantly on my feet and there is never a moment to relax when you are working with kids, so to be able to keep up with them on a daily basis is awesome. Most importantly I would say I am more confident than I have ever been. I love going to the beach in my bikini now, where as before I would have much rather hung out with friends else where.
I used both the Bikini Body Guide and the HELP Guide I stopped using after the first 12 weeks because I had an idea of worked with my body and what didn't. Currently my diet is mostly vegetarian with the exception of fish on the weekdays and I will eat meat on the weekends if I am craving. Otherwise I have found that my diet has become predominantly vegetarian only because that is what my body has been craving."

So I have only 2 more weeks left until I've completed your Bikini Body Training Guide (1.0) for the second time now and I'm so excited to show you my progress! 
I'm shocked how fast time can fly. The past 5 and a half months have taught me so much about fitness, myself, and most importantly my happiness. I'm so proud of myself and how far I've come and it's all thanks to you! The picture on the left is right before I started college, just a couple months into my fitness journey. Now, nearly two years later on the right, I am stronger, fitter, healthier, and happier than ever.
