Incredible Bikini Body Guide Results

I have some inspiring stories to share with you girls this week, these amazing women put in SO much effort and hard work and achieved incredible results. Just wait till you read their stories!

This is the lovely @fitgoal_BBG who sent me this email:

"In high school and college I never had to worry too much about making a point to be active. I was involved in soccer, lacrosse, and during college I was running full marathons. However, I found marathons to be hard on my body and a huge commitment! I found myself dreading going to the gym and having to force myself to get up off the couch. I quickly loss muscle definition and along with that, a loss of self confidence. Food was also another battle, I would eat well for a few weeks and then poorly for a few. I really struggled with balance. 

I started optometry school a year ago and found myself continuing in a downward spiral. I had moved to a big city where there was unlimited take-out options for dinner. I also was using studying as an excuse to not work out and to eat poorly. I wasn’t happy with myself and found it affecting not only me but those around me. I knew I needed to change for myself. And if that wasn’t enough motivation, I recently got engaged and will be getting married this August! 

When I first started the BBG I was about a size US 10-12. My clothes did not fit comfortably and I did not look forward to shopping! After completion of round 1, I am about a size US 6. More than anything I feel muscles that I have not previously felt and my self confidence has skyrocketed! My energy has also increased exponentially. I look forward to starting my day each morning and love planning healthy meals!"

This is the lovely @make_abs_not_war who sent me this email about her Bikini Body Guide Results, she is now on Week 36 of the guide!! 

"Before starting the Bikini Body Guide I was living a very unhealthy lifestyle, consisting mostly of junk and fast food, with almost zero exercise! I binge-ate a lot and skipped meals to make up for it. That was my way of coping with stress and I gained 15 lbs in 3 months! By December 2014, I was at my most unhealthy state. I tired very easily, didn't have the energy to play sports, was always cranky, and hated getting up in the mornings. I went on a short holiday and realized I couldn't fit in both my winter and summer gear! I refused to buy bigger sizes and instead decided to change my lifestyle, starting off with the Bikini Body Guides.

After 13 weeks of BBG, I lost almost 2 inches off my waist and 2.5 inches off my hips. I am definitely more energized every day and actually look forward to working out now! I am also more confident than I have been in my life! I'm actually turning 32 (older than most BBG girls), but this is the first time that I've felt healthy, energized, and very confident in myself! I feel like I'm pushing my physical, mental, and emotional limits, and I'm gaining strength, discipline, and confidence in return! 

I started with only the BBG guide, augmented with healthy eating and HELP-inspired recipes. But I'm now starting to follow the HELP guide closely and tracking my macros intake. I definitely believe that following both guides will give better and more sustainable results!"
