I have some AMAZING Bikini Body Guide Transformations to share with you this week! Both these ladies have worked SUPER hard and I could not be more proud of them!
This is the lovely @mhinsberg who sent me this email:
"Before I started BBG, I was very depressed and always in a slump. I never wanted to do any sorts of physical activity and I ate like crap all the time! I moved to Kentucky with my parents and they helped me with my lifestyle change! My mom, sister, and I woke up 6am every morning and did BBG. I averaged losing 15lbs for the first 5-6 months! Within the first round, I was lighter on my feet, confident, and began to love myself. In the summer, I fell off it a bit and stopped eating well and working out but got right back to it when school started back up!
On October 20th, 2014 I started BBG and weighed in at 275 pounds. October 20th, 2015 I weighed in at 175 pounds. I haven't been at this low of weight since I was in 6th grade and I am now a Freshman in college and feel like a completely new person! I am not where I want to be yet but I'm still working very hard to get there and hope girls can find motivation from this! I used both the Bikini Body Guide and the HELP Nutrition Guide. I just want all girls out there to know it IS possible to lose weight if you really want to!"
Wow!!!! You look absolutely incredible @mhinsberg I am SOOOO proud of you! You are an inspiration to not only me, but to girls all over the world who may find starting BBG a little daunting! Well done! I wish you all the best in your journey. xx

I decided to send you this email with my progress using your guide for the simple reason to join your community next to the other women that are now changed THANKS TO YOU!
I am a woman that most of my life I've been happy with my body, confident and pretty active although before the BBG being active for me was doing cardio twice a week.
Now at 28 years old I am a mum of 2 wonderful children- a almost 3 years old girl and a 7 months baby boy. During the 2nd pregnancy my body suffered obvious changes and discovering your Instagram & your community I was not panicking gaining weight. I knew that I was going to follow your Bikini Body Guide but I could never imagine how many positive things this would bring!
I never imagined that after having 2 kids and following your guide I would FEEL MORE HAPPY THAN EVER! I was always skinny and pretty fit but now I am stronger than ever, more toned than ever and happier than ever! I started the guide 3 months after having my 2nd baby and the pre-training workouts helped me so much given that I was sedentary, even though before I thought that chasing a toddler with a baby in your arms is a good workout :)
Your workouts were difficult and challenging enough that every week made me feel happier and prouder with what I achieved. The photos, quotes and seeing other transformations while I was doing your guide helped me stayed focused and to be ambitious. I was eating pretty healthy, except bread and sweets time to time and didn't miss a day from the guide till week 5 when we went on holiday for 2 weeks and the gym at the hotel where we stayed was on renovations :( So you can imagine that was affecting my workouts and was the hardest part. I was looking forward to come home and do it properly!
Doing your guide was hard work but is all worth and I never hoped would be easy!! I am looking forward to starting all over again. This time I will try not to eat the bread and the sweets (wish me good luck :) )
Your guide is now my lifestyle and I want to be this way!
