I am so excited to share these two transformations with you! Both of these girls have put in SO much effort and I couldn't be prouder.
"Before BBG I was never really healthy. Never eating the foods my body needed, and never working out. That also translated over into my mental health, I was torn apart because I felt like I was never good enough. I've struggled with mental issues towards my body ever since. One day I was laying on my couch and got very mad at my body because I couldn't get comfortable due to my belly rolls. I remembered back to the lady I had recently followed who had a fitness guide, Kayla Itsines, and I decided that it was time I finally do something for myself.
Since I started I've lost 40 pounds, and I've been the happiest I've ever been. I now believe in myself, I have self confidence and I've found that I love fitness. Every day I challenge myself and I fall more in love with myself because I discover what I can really accomplish. I've only used the BBG 1.0 guide but I am on my third time of repeating it.
I always say this but thank you Kayla and thank you to her team for helping change my life and many other girls out there. It's amazing to see such incredible people come together just to help others. I love you all and I love this BBG community."

"I'm a French girl. Before the BBG, I practised just a little sport with my boyfriend (badminton, swimming pool or running ) but I didn't pay attention to what I was eating. I chose the BBG because I followed your instagram and I wanted to know if it could works on me. And I like the idea of mixed sport and food rebalancing.
I decide to change my lifestyle because I didn't like my body after a break-up. At first it was really hard. Weeks one to four, I was just feeling pain and no body change and I was tired. So I just wanted to stop. But I made a pact with my boyfriend (who supports me and does the BBG with me to motivate me) so I couldn't stop before the end of program. With time, the guide became easier and and I began to like eating healthy. And I saw more and more results on my body. At the end of my first round of BBG I was happy to see how my body changed. I gained self confidence week after week and to be able to loose two clothing sizes helped me to be in good spirits.
Thanks to you I feel strong, beautiful and I'm proud of me. And my boyfriend is proud of me too!
