Incredible Transformations to End 2015!

I have two incredible transformations to share with you girls - ending 2015 on a positive!

 

 

 

 

This is the amazing @latina173 who sent me this email:

‘Thank you Kayla! This is four weeks of pre training plus 7 weeks of your guides and I feel amazing!!! (4 months post baby now) My previous photo I am 7 weeks postpartum and already can see so many changes in my body and the best thing is that I'm only halfway through the guides! I cannot wait to see what the next few weeks will show! I'm just going to keep going and not give up!

Before I fell pregnant, I would try all sorts of things to lose weight such as not eat carbs for a week, exercise cardio only as I thought weights will make me look bulky like a man, I would chew 30 times on food so it would digest properly and only eat spinach and tuna for lunch and steamed veggies for dinner! I felt so drained, lethargic and would want to eat sweets all the time! I now look back and think what was I thinking.. It was not healthy at all, I wasn't giving my body the nutrition it needed. Now one year later, I am loving my food and loving the guides! Thank you Kayla for making me realise that eating carbs is actually good for you!!! Thank you for making everyone compliment that I look amazing after having a baby! I can't wait to see what the weeks will bring!!!

12 week update: On my last week of week 12!!! Time has flown by and I feel amazing !!! This isn't the end thoug! I will re do BBG 1.0 again! Bigger better and stronger THANK YOU KAYLA!!! "

“I just wanted to say that thanks to the BBG guides, I feel SO much more confident in my own skin and I am so much happier!

Earlier in the year I moved interstate and struggled with moving into a new environment and put on a fair bit of weight. I purchased the BBG Guide  at the end of last year and got up to week 5, until I got really sick and stopped doing the guides. I had seen results during this time and knew that they worked! I made a vow to myself to stick through through the guides this time around and even though there have been a few hiccups along the way I am SO glad to have made it to week 19!

Thank you for your constant ongoing posts Kayla! Your Instagram is always the first place I go for inspiration. And through @bbg.melbourne I have made some incredible friends. YOU and your team are all incredible and I look up to you for so many reasons.”
