These two girls have worked SO hard for their transformation, I am SO proud of them!!
This is the gorgeous Lacey who sent me this email:
My name is Lacey, and I've now been doing Kayla's amazing guides for 43 weeks (1.0 three times, and I'm on week 19 of 2.0). I've always been lucky enough to have good genetics and a fast metabolism. I was always super small growing up and as I entered my teens. But in my first year of high school, a girl asked me if I was anorexic. In front of a group of other girls that I didn't even know. I was completely mortified. Yes I was skinny, but I was definitely not anorexic! This embarrassed me, and has stuck with me since. After that comment, I wanted to gain weight. I didn't care what food I put in my body, anything to help me gain weight. But like I said, I was blessed with a fast metabolism! I've never been one for athletics either, so not only was I eating poorly, but I also wasn't working out.
Once I got to college (late night fast food, fried cafeteria food, and way too much alcohol) I did see an increase in my weight. I was in no way overweight, but I could tell that I was starting to put on some extra lbs.
I was always told by my friends that I was SO lucky because I was skinny and could eat whatever I wanted and didn't even have to work out. Yes, I was thankful for that, but that didn't necessarily mean that I felt good about myself. It also didn't mean that I was healthy. I was always tired and constantly hungry. All the bad food I was putting in my body wasn't keeping me satisfied.
It wasn't until after I graduated college and moved home that I decided to make a change. I was tired of feeling so lazy and sleepy. My best friend and I talked about BBG (we now have a joint account @sf_den_bbg) and we both decided we would make a change together.
One year later and I have absolutely no regrets. I have never felt more confident and comfortable in my own skin. Yes, I've always been skinny, but I have not always been healthy. Now I am. Now I actually enjoy my dail y workouts and cooking healthy food. I'm not constantly shoving junk food down my throat, hoping to silence the girl who called me anorexic. This is made such a positive impact on my life, and I am so thankful for BBG!"
Wow! You look amazing Lacey, I am SOO proud of you. Especially because you have done this for YOU! That is the one thing that makes me happiest about reading your story.
This is the beautiful Hilke who sent me this email:
How are you doing? I am very excited to finally send you my progress photo.
This is my transformation after 12 weeks of your BBG. I had tried a lot of workouts to stabilize my body before and I was so amazed by how well your program worked. I gained a lot of discipline doing it and this also helped me to structure my daily life better and to accomplish my bachelor's thesis in a good way. Thank you so much for it!!!
My name on Instagram is @mbambirambazambi.
Please keep your spirit and I would be so happy if you could come to Germany more often.
Keep up the great work,
Thank you SO much for your email Hilke, you look incredible and I am so happy to hear completing the BBG has helped in other areas of your life. You go girl!
