I have some amazing transformations to share with you girls this week! These two beautiful ladies have worked SO hard and I am so proud of them - you need to read their stories!
This is the lovely @labrown17 who sent me this email:
I started your workouts over 2 years ago! At that point, I remember Llani was my inspiration :) Now, I am inspired by the graciousness of every BBG gal! Here is my 24 week transformation. Before I was taking a medicine that was bound to cause a weight gain (20lb) and with the help of your guides, and some gym training, I was able to not only look great by feel my absolute best! Thank you for all you do! :)

Here is my transformation picture from doing the BBG 1.0 1-12 weeks.
Additionally, first and foremost, I would just like to say thank you. I have been following you on Instagram for a long time and I have been up to date with your website, posts, and emails. You have been the biggest inspiration to me and I love how you motivate people each and everyday all around the world You always see the best in people and believe in people to the point where they can believe in themselves again. People like you don't come around often, and the world needs more people like you.
I have always been at a comfortable body weight until I hit my freshman year of college. I was at 156 lbs. the most I have ever been my whole entire life...the weight creeped up on me and since I have dealt with many insecurities with the way I looked growing up, the added weight did not help whatsoever. I have always been completely insecure by the way my body looked. Boys and girls in my middle school would bully me so much that to this day I still feel like I am somewhat affected by it.
Even my Dad who did everything he could to get involved in solving this bullying problem with my middle school still doesn't forgive himself to this day for not doing enough (when he really did so much). Furthermore, as the weight brought back more self-esteem issues and traumatizing thoughts from the past, I began researching different methods on getting fit whether it included tips, Ebook guides, or pictures.. However when I came across the BBG 1.0 1-12 week program I knew it was the one.With the BBG, eating healthy again, and making fitness a lifestyle...the progress began.
The more strenuous the workout and the more I didn't give into any food temptations; the more happier I saw myself become. I was slowly beginning to learn to love myself for me and the insecurities of my past due to my low self-esteem since I was 8 years old were diminishing. I ended up going from 156 lbs. to 127 lbs.
Kayla, I can't thank you enough for being such an inspiration and guiding me into a much happier and healthier lifestyle. This transformation picture is not only one of the biggest accomplishments of my life, but keeps me even more determined to start round 2 and to become that much closer into reaching my fitness goals!
