"Kayla: thank you so so so much ❤❤ and I say it honestly and with my heart because I can't find a way to thank you enough for making such and amazing program and special community that allows us to become fit, strong and more confident. I have never felt so happy and proud of myself. You and your program taught me to push myself and prove myself that I can get healthy, that I can get fit and most of all that I have to love my body throughout the process. I always struggled with body image and there was not a day where I didn't look at myself in the mirror and hated what I saw while eating junk food , I now eat super healthy and I couldn't be happier to see my body every day and love it with its flaws. Thank you so so much you're a one of a kind girl and you have changed my life and so many others. Still can't thank you enough ❤ Love You!!"
