Before BBG, I played volleyball and that's about it. I ate whatever I wanted, which was usually fast food. I had followed Kayla on Instagram for the longest time and wanted to buy the guides. I felt disgusting in my own skin. I finally got the drive I really needed to embark on my fitness journey a little over a year ago. I have completed BBG 1.0 two times, and BBG 2.0 two times. I am currently on my 3rd round of BBG 1.0. I have never been more confident in my life. I can wear crop tops and feel comfortable which is huge for me. I've also gained so much arm definition, which I LOVE.
I love this program because we don't have Kayla right there in front of us, but through social media I am so motivated by not only Kayla, but the whole BBG Community. It truly is amazing. While my journey did start out to "look good", it turned into so much more. I am more driven by taking care of my body internally. I love eating healthy. Preventing cancer, and diseases, and living a long happy and healthy life. I never would have gotten this far if it wasn't for Kayla's guides. I am so thankful and grateful for this program and everybody involved!"

"Kayla (and Kayla's team) I'm sure you get thousands of emails daily, but my mama always taught me to say thank you so here is my heartfelt gratitude for changing my life!
I was pregnant with my second baby, and my older daughter was 3.5 when I found the BBG Guides. After my older daughter was born, I had resigned myself to being overweight because I really felt that there weren't enough hours in the day to work out AND care for my family. I also thought that once you have babies, your body shape changes so even if you lose weight, you'll never look the same as you did pre-baby. I was SO WRONG. My weight just kept going up and up and up, and I hated it but I had no idea what to do about it. I kept trying things (cardio) and quitting them, because I hated every minute of it. That's why I love the BBG Guides. They're FUN and addictive and easy to stick to.
I was scrolling through Kaya's Instagram and I saw all these before and after pictures of other moms. The transformations were incredible, and the workouts were SHORT. And I could do them from home, which was key. I could easily squeeze in a workout during nap time! But the reason that I started the guides wasn't to look good, it was to FEEL good. To have strength and energy and to be able to play with my kids. I was sick of sitting on the sidelines watching my daughter run and play and not be able to join in because I was so weak and heavy and I had no energy. I used to get winded just climbing the flight of stairs up to my bedroom!
I feel like a different person. I used to spend so much time standing in my closet trying to pick out an outfit, but everything highlighted parts of my body that I hated. Now I can throw on jeans and a simple tee and I feel like I look amazing. I have SO much confidence now. My husband comments on my self confidence daily now. It has changed our relationship for the better too (what man doesn't love having a wife who feels great about herself?)! I have dropped several pants sizes. I was wearing size medium-large, now I'm wearing XS. I went from size 32 jeans to size 25. I'm wearing clothes that were too tight for me in high school.
You look incredible, Janice!! I am SOO proud of you. I can only imagine how hard it is to be a new Mum and trying to fit in workouts. I love your new found confidence - it just shines through your message! Amazing job xx
