A couple of motivational stories from two incredible women. Have a read :)
This is the lovely Katharina who sent me this email:
I was always active and enjoyed attending fitness classes 3-4 times a week before my pregnancy. I carried on working out until I was 6 months pregnant when an injury meant I had to stop. Fitness was always important to me as I have a heart condition which tends to improve when I exercise.
I had imagined it would be easy to return to exercising regularly after my son was born. How wrong I was! After having my son I really struggled to loose the baby weight. While I have always only cooked from scratch, I was stuck in a rut with my diet and sleep deprivation meant I regularly gave in to my pastry & chocolate cravings.
I was unhappy, could no longer imagine ever fitting into my pre-pregnancy clothes and had become terribly unfit. 18 months after the birth of my son I discovered your programme through a friend who posted her BBG transformation on Instagram.
I have now been using your Sweat with Kayla app for 37 weeks and I love it! Your programme is perfect for me: I work out at home so I can fit my workouts around my son's routine and the whole family loves the recipes.
18 months after the birth of my son I was very unhappy about how I looked and had lost a lot of confidence as a result. I was also concerned that not exercising was having a detrimental affect on my health which particularly concerned me as a parent - I want to ensure I will be around for a long time to watch my son grow up.
Everything has changed for the better since starting the BBG programme! I am even fitter, leaner & stronger than I was before having my son. My body has completely transformed. In terms of body size/weight I have dropped two dress sizes. I am wearing the same size clothes as I did before my pregnancy and in terms of weight I am even 1kg lighter than before I got pregnant. I am much stronger & I certainly never had such defined abs even before having a baby!
My heart condition has also improved, my heart relies less on my pacemaker now that I am exercising regularly again and I have a lot more energy. I am happier, much more confident, stronger and healthier and hope that I am setting a good example for my son who likes to try to join in when I work out.

This is the lovely Issy who sent me this email:
I have always been very very sporty, competing for GB in Triathlon when I was 17 and committing 100% to training. Since travelling, I'd put on a bit of weight and lost some muscle, especially during working seasons waitressing in French restaurants!! (LOTS of cheese and patisseries!)
So over the past few months I decided to follow your guides along side my fitness training for triathlon. Its been so great to mix up the training and feel like I am part of a bigger community of girls all trying to do the same thing.
I've improved my diet so much since moving to uni as there is finally a salad bar and lots of healthy options (trying to cut out as much sugar as possible). My biggest problem has always been binge eating. Im in a constant battle!! I manage to diet a few days then eat a whole bag of cookies which is never good.
Since following your guides I've got a lot better and only have the odd treat occasionally after a big session. I feel so much better for it and finally don't have bra fat any more!! I honestly want to thank you so much for making this fun, loving community of support that helps so many girls lives. Because even though I've always been very physically fit, I've NEVER felt so good in my body - just why isn't it summer season now!?
I really hope I can be of an inspiration like you. I've got a few people at uni who have started training because of seeing the gains I have made in the gym since the beginning of term! I've never actually gone by weight because I also do weight training so any weight on may be a very good thing!
Its just the fat I've been trying to get rid of, gaging it by how much hangs out my clothes. Thanks to you I feel like I'm finally on to something!! I've never been too fat but just not happy in my skin, just not where I wanted to be, but you've changed this!
