Astounding Transformations!

Ladies, I couldn't be prouder of both of your amazing BBG Results

This is the lovely Sahara who sent me this email: 

"Hi Kayla,

My lifestyle was pretty much the average 24 year old! I used to be into boxing and dance competitively and then got in an accident so wasn't able to do the things I used to and from there it just kind of went downhill.

I worked, hit the gym (if you want to call it that) and tried every yo-yo diet in the book and I was still so unhappy. Last January, one of my best friends got married and I was one of her bridesmaids and after seeing the pictures I was so devastated with what I had looked like. I was becoming such a negative energy because I was so unhappy and unhealthy, so I woke up one day and literally decided I was going to change it.

I started at about 180-close to 200lbs beginning of January and then was about 177lbs when I started the BBG on the 25th of January. I am now 118.4lbs, and after 2 rounds of 1.0 and just finishing my first round 2.0, I can't put into the words how amazing I feel not just on the outside, but on the inside as well.

I wake up wanting to be better and stronger and that is feeling I never want to lose. I also did a 10km this July (my very first!), so this program making me more fit has opened so many other doors as I never thought I would run for fun... ever.

My energy is something I want to stress because, before your guides, I would get up at 10am sometimes and feel exhausted and a bit 'hungover' even if I did not drink, and now because of my schedule I get up at 4:45am get my stuff ready hit the gym, school, work and sometimes gym again if I have time!

I highly recommend it to everyone who feels a little bit lost as nutrition is a major key in your success as well! One of my best friends and my number one motivator who did this program and journey with me as well had huge success, and without her, I don't know how far I would of made it so huge shoutout out to Tay!

We were just acquaintances when we first started this and I honestly have a main for life, so find someone who also motivates you and pushes you!

Sweat With Kayla

This is the lovely Briony who sent me this email: 

"Hi Kayla!

Before the BBG guides, it's hard to admit but I had such low self confidence, I spent my entire life avoiding being in pictures with friends and family or untagging myself on social media. I didn't look after myself properly and had struggled with eating disorders in the past, which damaged my metabolism. I also felt pressured to drink a lot because of my jobs, and BBG and your advice gave me the confidence to prioritise my health.

The photos of BBG transformations caught my attention but mostly the amazing positivity of both yourself and the community made me think I could do it. I was tired of feeling like I had no energy, and it sounds silly but feeling pretty worthless.

BBG (and it's awesome community!) transformed my life inside and out! I made amazing girlfriends through the BBG meetups, I've dropped a couple of sizes and gained lean muscle. I also couldn't do a single push-up on my toes before BBG, now I can do 20+! I am so much more confident in all areas of my life and actually did a BBG workout to psych me up for my dream job interview in one of the top global law firms - which I got!

I'm now around 55 kgs, but I'm most proud of dropping my body fat % and increasing my muscle mass - I feel so much stronger!
