BBG Brings New Levels Of Confidence!
Confidence: we all want it, right? That feeling of self-belief that comes from within. These two girls are loving the confidence they feel after doing the BBG! Read on for serious motivation!
Sylvana — @slayvana
Sylvana admits that she had a bit of a problem following through with fitness programs. Before starting the BBG, she says she used workouts as a form of punishment for eating too much or when she felt bad about herself.
When visiting the gym, Sylvana says she felt more than a bit out of her comfort zone, even describing herself as ‘clueless’. But she also felt self-conscious and miserable if she didn’t workout.
Sylvana wanted to pursue her dreams, so she was searching for a modelling agency. Even though her weight had been the same for some time, Sylvana realised her confidence was at a low point. She heard about my guides and decided it was time to give the BBG a try!
After the very first workout, Sylvana was in love with BBG! She followed the circuits as best she could, “considering the fact that I couldn’t do a push-up or a burpee!”. She also cut out dairy from her diet, which she believes helped her with her energy levels.
For Sylvana, losing weight wasn’t her priority. She was focused on feeling better on the inside. “I started the guides at 142 pounds and finished at 136. But the amazing part is that I didn’t care at all that I lost weight.” I loved reading what a transformation Sylvana had with her mindset — she FEELS so much better!
On her recent vacation, Sylvana explains, “My confidence was on Beyonce levels and I couldn’t pull myself out of my bikini.” Even after returning home, Sylvana is eager to hit the gym everyday. Her motivation is not just how much better she feels, but also that her clothes are fitting much more comfortably and her skin looks healthier.
Sylvana has restarted the first 12 weeks of BBG again, and this time her boyfriend is joining her!

Lindsay — @lindsjean_
A year after finishing high school, Lindsay was working 12-hour days and going to school. She felt like she NEVER had time to workout, her motivation was low and she was struggling with her self-esteem.
Lindsay was skeptical of weight loss programs, but the thousands of REAL girls featured on my Instagram drew her interest. The stories these women shared was enough to convince Lindsay to start her very own BBG journey. She bought the guide straight away.
A week before Lindsay planned to start the BBG workouts, she was told she needed surgery. Unable to do anything but lay down as she recovered from surgery, Lindsay learned as much as she could from the BBG. Some days she would feel frustrated and cry, but she knew her body needed time to heal.
As Lindsay says, “Once I was healed, there was no stopping me. I had never felt so determined.” She completed the first round, then the second, feeling better and better. The time she had spent educating herself about a healthy lifestyle was put to good use!
I loved reading this bit from Lindsay’s email, “I understood so much better what a healthy lifestyle meant and that working out was not a punishment, but it was a privilege.” While she went through a bit of a hard time waiting for clearance following surgery, Lindsay now has more value for all the things that her body can do! She even says she has fallen in love with her new lifestyle and the self-love and confidence it has given her.
Lindsay is most proud of the mental progress she has made throughout her BBG journey. Her hard work has given her back her confidence, happiness and an enthusiasm for new things!
I feel so proud of Lindsay and the hard work she has put in. Self-love is one of the most valuable things you can ever have, and we all deserve to feel it! Congratulations, Lindsay — I know there is no stopping you now!
