This is the lovely Sarah who sent me this email:

“Hi Kayla,

It’s hard to find how to start to write a letter, but first of all I want to tell you: Thank you!

You’ve changed my life forever, really. I have discovered your website thanks to my friend, I looked at pics of women who were doing your BBG program and I was really impressed, but I was not confident about myself and gave up the challenge even before I started it…

Some days later, I decided to take another look at your BBG program, and it was the revelation for me. I read almost all your quotes on your page about ourselves, our health and I understood that everything is possible! Then, it was the moment I challenged myself to begin your training.

I was really motivated and determined even if it was so hard. I remember I was not able to finish the second round of the first week and the session of Burpees was a real nightmare for me!

Every day, I was looking at your Facebook page to have the courage to continue and never give up and you were able to give me this powerful strength through your publications. I noticed a pic of a woman who had done one year of your BBG program, I was so in admiration where I saw her amazing results, also I said to myself: “One year later, it’ll be me on this photo with these incredible results and with a better confident that I could expect from myself!”. Therefore, I have written the start date of my challenge: September 25, 2015.

And now, one year later, I have done!

I went through the first year of your training and I won’t stop it. I am a better version of myself, healthier, stronger, fitter and an important point for me: I have a total confidence in myself! Furthermore, I learned to eat better food for my body and take care of it and to love it!

I’m ended my letter by thanking you again. Now it’s my turn to wish you the best in your life, to continue what you love and be happy! You can be proud about what you have achieved and I hope that it will continue on this way for you!

This is the lovely Alex who sent me this email:

“Hi Kayla,

Before starting the BBG I was unhappy with my body and lacked confidence in how I looked. I started doing HIIT workouts at my local gym and, although they helped with fat loss, I wasn't achieving a toned look. This was so frustrating especially as I was going to the gym so regularly. I decided to start the guides after following your Instagram community for a few months!

What has changed is how toned I am! I have gained loads of muscle and have finally achieved the muscle tone that I have always dreamed of! I am growing stronger with each workout and every time that I think that my body has changed as much as is possible, you and your BBG guides prove me wrong!
