These BBG Mums Changed Their Mindsets And Improved Their Health
It’s amazing how much of an impact your mindset can have on your health and fitness journey.
So often, I hear from clients who feel like their goals are not attainable or that they don’t feel like they can achieve the same results as everyone else.
Ladies, I am here to tell you that you ARE capable of your health and fitness goals, you just have to believe you can and have a positive mindset.
These two BBG mums are the perfect example of how determination and a change in mindset can transform your health.
Read on to be inspired!
Sarah’s BBG journey
Sarah explains that before she started BBG, she had always been a very active person but struggled to feel strong.
“I was cardio addicted and never did lifting or strength exercises. I loved running but was so prone to injury and exhaustion.”
After her 35th birthday and soon after the birth of her third child, Sarah decided that she needed to be able to do more workouts at home and also wanted to feel strong in all aspects of life, rather than just some.
“I knew I needed to do more than just run... and show my children how to do this too.”
Sarah decided to start my BBG program and, since then, she feels so strong and healthy!
“I went down three sizes (post-baby sizes) but my body feels stronger and healthier and more connected.”
One of the greatest things I noticed in Sarah’s email is the positive mindset that she now has about her health.
“I lost 20lbs, and then gained some back because I have muscles now! I feel good about my body for the first time in my life, and proud to carry it around… I learned to stop getting on the scale - and base my weight on how I feel, rather than a number!”
This is so great, Sarah! You are setting such a great example for your children, you should be so proud of your efforts!
Shalla’s BBG Stronger journey
Shalla explains that before having her son, she did not prioritise healthy habits as much as she could have.
“I was not living a consciously healthy and active lifestyle. I assumed that the changes I wanted to make weren’t attainable or would take far too much work and that I didn’t have the time.”
After becoming a mum, Shalla knew she wanted to make a change.
“I realized I needed to change the way I practiced self-care, not just for me but also for my son.”
She felt that her body had changed a lot during her pregnancy and, after seeing amazing transformation photos of women who had completed my BBG program, she decided it was worth trying out. She began my BBG Stronger workout program and hasn’t looked back.
“I have dropped 4 pant sizes since I started the program... I started BBG Stronger just four weeks post-partum and saw amazingly fast results.”
On top of my BBG Stronger program, Shalla followed the vegan nutrition guide in the Sweat app and described how she now has energy for days!
“This program has given me confidence I’ve never had before, physical and emotional strength I wouldn’t trade for the world. I’m so happy to continue this fitness journey and be a great healthy role model for my son.”
