I have two fantastic BBG transformation stories to share with you all! These two mums love the structure and routine that BBG brings to their lives — and I have nothing but applause for their amazing stories!

BBG Mums Deserving Of Applause!

Elisabeth — @eliyogi_gioile

Elisabeth is one of my BBG mums! She had always been an active child, taking part in rhythmic gymnastics, dance, volleyball and swimming. But after getting married and having two children, Elisabeth saw her body change dramatically. 

“So I said to myself that it was time to change, to start eating healthy and training.” Elisabeth began to look online for personal trainers and programs, and that’s when she found BBG

In September 2015, Elisabeth started working out with my BBG ebook, she then moved to BBG 2.0 and now uses the SWEAT app! As she explains, the app has made it possible for her to achieve even better results, because everything is all together.

Elisabeth admits her BBG journey hasn’t always been easy, but she is feeling more active, stronger, more confident and even more beautiful, which I am SO happy to hear! “There have been great results, from size 56 to size 41. My husband is actually a big fan and whenever he is free, he does the workout with me!”. 

I’m so glad that Elisabeth picked up my guides that day, and I love that she has stuck with it so long! What a great role model for her children. Amazing work Elisabeth — well done!

Jordi — @jordiellizabeth

Jordi is a current serving member of the Australian Defence Force, working as a medic, as well as studying two degrees and juggling life with a newborn baby. She definitely has her hands full!

As Jordi explains, while she felt her lifestyle didn’t really need a major overhaul, she craved structure for her workouts. “After recovering from my pregnancy and emergency cesarean, I was feeling a bit negative about how my body looked and felt; there were many things I couldn’t change, like stretch marks.” BBG offered Jordi a structured program that she could follow at home, even with a young baby, and that would help her to reach her new fitness goals. 

Jordi has well and truly embraced BBG into her busy life! She didn’t miss a single workout in the first 12 weeks of the program, even when she travelled to family over Christmas and when she was on holiday in Japan. “I feel so happy, confident, strong and honestly, better than before I fell pregnant. Before I fell pregnant I was a size 10 and a couple of weeks post-birth I was a size 12; now I’m a size 8. My energy levels are up ten-fold.” 

I could not be more proud of Jordi! She has an incredibly busy life, between juggling work, study and a young baby, and she has found a way to workout regularly as well! Congratulations Jordi, you are such an inspiration and I’m so happy you’re part of the BBG Community!
