Laurita — @laurita.socaliente
Laurita tried a few programs to lose weight, and sometimes she would lose a few kilos. But, as she explains, even if she noticed a difference on the scales, she felt her body was weak. She wasn’t happy with her appearance and, not knowing anything about nutrition, she ate a lot of processed foods, often skipping breakfast as well.
Feeling unhappy with her appearance, Laurita also felt moody, depressed and frustrated. She was tired of trying programs that only worked for a short period of time. She began looking for a new guide to follow and that’s when she came across my BBG program.
Laurita immediately loved BBG! The program isn’t just filled with workouts, but it also helped Laurita to understand why good nutrition is so important. She loved being able to snack and to eat healthy meals every day.
As Laurita explains, “I was 65 kilos before starting BBG and now she weighs 63. Not a big change, but to me, that does not mean anything. I am happy now.”
Part of this transformation Laurita also attributes to the BBG Community for being so inspiring. I’m so happy that Laurita has embraced the lifestyle changes and recognises that it’s not all about the weight she lost. Instead, it’s about the change in mindset, about feeling positive about herself and learning about what works for her body!

Chelsea — @chelsealynn_fit
As Chelsea explains, she found BBG at a time when she really needed. She hated her job, she was unhappy in her relationship and she was drowning in student loan debts. While she was going to the gym occasionally, she was eating for comfort.
Feeling guilty for overeating was the only reason Chelsea worked out. Her weight was fluctuating and the stress of her work and home life were starting to get to her.
Chelsea decided enough was enough and decided to make some serious lifestyle changes. She landed a job with her dream company and decided it was time to end the relationship she was in.
As Chelsea says, even though these changes where a step in the right direction, she still felt as though something was missing. She found my Instagram account and started following the community for a while, before deciding it was time to jump in and start BBG for herself. Once she did, there was no looking back!
Today, not only has Chelsea stuck to the program, but she is proud to be in her dream job, living debt free and feeling the strongest she has ever felt physically AND mentally.
Along the way, the reasons Chelsea was doing BBG evolved. She started because she knew she wasn’t taking care of herself and living up to her potential. She felt insecure and worried there was something wrong with her, that she wasn’t pretty enough, strong enough or good enough to be with anyone.
Once she began her BBG journey and got involved in the community, Chelsea started to fill her mind with positivity. She realised she was being her own worst enemy and needed to make a positive change.
Reading this part of Chelsea’s story actually gave me goosebumps: “Regardless of any body transformation, I AM BEAUTIFUL, STRONG AND PROUD of the woman I am. I will continue this lifestyle for the rest of my life. I will want to be part of this community for the rest of my life. And I truly believe the things I’ve learned and the friendships I’ve made will carry on for the rest of my life.”
I love that Chelsea has thrown herself into this new lifestyle! She finds herself saying yes to things she might have said no to before, like spin classes or playing ultimate frisbee. She is living the life she dreamed of, and she deserves every happiness and success. Amazing work Chelsea!
