BBG Progress That's Truly Inspiring!
I often say how much the BBG Community inspires me — and it’s true! Today I have a couple of transformation stories to share with you that are really inspiring. These two ladies started in very different places, but they have something in common because of BBG. They have learned how to care for themselves and are both focused on their next goals!
Megi's BBG journey — @megibulla
Megi begins her story by explaining that she felt her weight had always been a problem for her.
Her eating habits were very erratic — she would often eat junk food for dinner and then try to balance it out by having a salad for lunch the next day. As her weight began to increase, Megi felt frustrated and knew she had to make a change.
Scrolling through Instagram one day, Megi came across a promotion for my BBG program and decided to try it. “At the beginning, it was VERY hard. I couldn’t even do more than 5 jumps in a row.” While it was tough to begin with, Megi was determined to stick with it.
Within four weeks of BBG, Megi could see and feel huge changes. That inspired her to keep going. She learned more about nutrition and focused on working with her body. “I’ve never been so self-confident and I never loved myself like today.” Now that she has completed even more weeks of BBG, Megi is confident she also understands what a healthy lifestyle should be.
“I was 67kg with a BMI [Body Mass Index] of 29, now 62kg with a BMI of 23. I was a 44 Italian size and I felt always tired or sleepy. Now I’m a [size] 40, I have a lot of energy and I feel unstoppable.”

Rachelle's BBG journey — @chelle_camp
Being active has always been a part of Rachelle’s life. Once she left school, she began hitting the gym and working out regularly. Her workouts usually consisted of cardio and some form of weights, but Rachelle says she was a little bit lost when it came to knowing what to do.
Often, Rachelle would find a workout online and follow that at the gym. “I would do the same workouts in the gym day after day and didn’t see any results because my body became used to my workouts, but I didn’t know what else to do.” Rachelle found out about BBG online and decided to try it. She completed two rounds and loved that my program offered a consistent plan and helped her to great results!
When she fell pregnant, Rachelle stopped following BBG. “After I had my baby I knew it was the one thing that would get me back in shape and the only option I had really, because I was able to do the workouts at home (since I couldn’t go to the gym all the time) as my baby napped.” Rachelle’s goal was to get back to her pre-baby weight.
After doing another round of BBG, Rachelle started going back to the gym again. That’s when she decided she was ready to step it up. She began following BBG Stronger and hasn’t looked back! Now into BBG Stronger 2.0, Rachelle changes up her routine to include an at-home BBG workout one day a week as well.
“My weight fluctuated up and down over the years and it wasn’t until I started BBG a couple of years ago that I really got serious about it. BBG has helped me to stay on-track and not fluctuate. It holds me accountable and I don’t ever have to worry about what I should be doing next.” Rachelle has noticed her muscles are more defined and shapely than ever, thanks to BBG and BBG Stronger. “My clothes fit better and I’ve gotten my abs back even after baby, which I never thought would happen.”
Wow, Rachelle! This is such an incredible story, and I’m so happy to hear that my BBG programs continue to challenge you. I’m proud of you for working hard consistently and really taking care of yourself.
