BBG Results And Inspiring Journeys
For so many women, the hardest part of starting a fitness routine is those first steps. Knowing where to begin can be difficult, especially when everyone around you seems to know what they are doing!
Finding a support network like the BBG Community can make such a big difference during this time. Seeing women dealing with hurdles together can be such great motivation! The transformation stories I have to share with you today are from two incredibly inspiring women who took those first steps and haven’t looked back. Their BBG results are thanks to the hard work they’ve put in and I am SO proud!
Gina’s BBG journey — @gina_licata
Gina began her email by explaining that she felt like she was in a rut with her health and fitness.
“I was always feeling like I could never change, this was just how I would always be. I was very sedentary and low energy. I didn’t think I was that unhealthy but looking back at that time, I was always tired and walking long distances killed me.”
Gina says she often felt very sluggish and was struggling with depression.
Once she moved to New York, Gina felt it was the perfect time to change her lifestyle. She would see other people out walking around the city and felt as though everyone else was always working out. She wanted to get into an exercise routine but wasn’t sure where or how to start. That’s when she came across my BBG program.
“I couldn’t afford a gym membership so I would do BBG in my living room and it was the perfect way to get into fitness without having to do it in front of anyone at first.”
Once Gina got into a routine with BBG, she began to notice a difference. She no longer felt sluggish and had the energy to do what she wanted.
“I have so much more energy and stamina to do whatever I want and never feel held back. I have dropped FIVE dress sizes and I feel amazing. Also, I have always struggled with depression and anxiety and nothing has helped me more than exercising regularly.”

Eva Maria’s BBG journey
Eva Maria has a very busy lifestyle and like many mums, she found it hard to make time for exercise.
After seeing BBG transformations on Instagram, Eva Maria explains that she was intrigued and began looking into BBG. When she bought my book, The Bikini Body 28-Day Healthy Eating & Lifestyle Guide, Eva Maria began following the training guide.
“I am at home a lot because I have a daughter in a wheelchair. This training was perfect for me because I can do everything at home.”
Over the next six months, Eva Maria continued to follow my BBG workouts. She downloaded the SWEAT app and discovered the Challenges section — something that she loves! Having a routine has helped Eva Maria feel stronger and fitter.
“I have increased my fitness a lot and lost 2 kg [4.4 pounds]. But the best part is that my whole body has become firmer.”
