This week I have some amazing BBG Results to share with you girls! These women have worked SO hard and have achieved incredible results.
This is the lovely Jessica who sent me this email:
"Before I started Kayla's BBG 1.0 Guide I was relatively active but always found an excuse not to train. I felt extremely self conscious and always compared myself to others.
It wasn't easy to take those first 'before' photos, but when I did, that was the moment I committed myself to working towards the healthier, fitter version of myself. Not just for me but for my son.
My sister got engaged, asked me to be the maid of honour and I couldn't bare to think of myself standing next to her not feeling 100% confident. That was what initially pushed me to do something. After the first workout I felt different, it was like no other training I'd ever done. I knew it had to work because I was completely exhausted and dripping with sweat!!
The changes were almost immediate. I cleaned up my diet and trained every day. Everyone around me commented on how great I was doing and that lit a fire in me to see out the 12 weeks and give it everything I've got! I was bikini ready for summer and have never walked around confident in denim shorts until my BBG training. I feel fitter, stronger, healthier, I'm setting goals and smashing them!! It feels great to feel great.

This is the lovely Carly who sent me this email:
"Before I took on Kayla's BBG 1.0 Guide in the summer of 2014, I always thought I was "healthy" and that my genes didn't allow me to be fit. I was not aware of how to train my body and thought that running one mile a week was enough to keep me healthy. I ate everything in sight and had no means of portion control. I would try to "diet" and detox, but found myself failing after a day. One day, I was looking at pictures of myself and could not believe I allowed myself to get to that point. I was tired all the time and often found myself upset with how I looked. I would cry in fitting rooms that I was abnormal and would be mortified to go shopping with my friends. People always thought that I was the "happiest person"- little did they know that I was constantly worried about how I looked and was not comfortable with my body. I decided to change my lifestyle for ME and for the people that I care about. I realized that a simple change would make me happier, healthier, and stronger inside & out.
After completing BBG 1.0 & 2.0, I can honestly say that I love my body and myself again. I now have no problem waking up early and have enough energy to get me through the day. The biggest change I noticed was my arms and my stomach. I always thought I was "cursed" with a stomach but after completing the guides realized that I never knew how to train my body. I always hated wearing tank tops, but now I feel beautiful in them.
Overall, I have gone from a size 12 to a size 2 and went from 200 to 130 pounds in two years of doing Kayla's Guides. I LOVE her guides because I never get bored and she is always challenging me. Thank you, Kayla, for allowing me to love myself again and for challenging me.
This is my transformation from senior year of high school prom to senior year of college prom.
