This is the lovely Georgia who sent me this email:
Before I started the BBG, I hated how I looked and felt in my body and was always sick.
I was eating badly hoping that it would make me feel better, but it never did. I was doing exercise every now and then, but it wasn't working to make me fitter or healthier because I wasn't fully committed.
I decided to change my lifestyle when I realised that I wasn't happy with how I looked or felt, especially during hot Australian summers.
I was always the biggest girl swimming in the river on holidays, or the biggest girl in my friendship group when we went out, and I felt embarrassed.
Funnily enough, it was New Years Eve heading into 2015 when I knew things had to change. I was eating so badly, and was basically sabotaging myself.
I started BBG 1.0 on January 1, 2015, and I have never looked back. I began at a size 16-18 in clothes, and I now wear a 10-12. All those numbers are great, but they're nothing compared to how strong and fit and happy I feel every day.
I look forward to eating well and exercising, and even look forwards to jump squats!
I can't even put into words how much this guide has changed my world. For the first time in my life, I'm absolutely positive that being fit and strong is my priority.
I have an auto-immune disease which often means pit stops in my study and life, but the part that BBG has played in helping me through it is invaluable.
I get sick less, I have more energy, I'm happier, and I can bounce back more quickly when I do get sick! There's also a crazily supportive BBG Community of girls who help me through those hard times.

Before I started the BBG guide I had gone through a rough patch in my life. I had so much negativity around me without realizing it.
I suffered with depression and self loathing. Through this time, I went from 115 lbs to 178lbs without noticing how quickly I gained weight and turned my eating habits upside-down.
It was when I saw a recent full body picture of myself I saw how much my body had changed. It hurt so much to see what I had done to my body. I knew I needed to change immediately.
When I first started doing the BBG guide, my mind was still in a dark place. It was very hard for me to stick to good eating habits and regularly do the workouts.
I didn't believe I could or that I deserved it. So from January 2015 to January 2016, I did your guide on and off and lost very little weight. I felt so discouraged, like I was meant to be like this forever.
By the time January 2016 came, I had a lot more positivity in my life. I had gotten a wonderful new job, new friends, I had my bubbly mind back.
I decided to try the BBG guide again, now that I truly believed in myself. Since I joined 'The Kayla Movement 2016', I have never felt better.
I feel so much more confident in myself, healthy, like a weight has been lifted off my chest and I can breathe and laugh again.
The Bikini Body Guide has changed my life and I can't thank you enough! I'm nowhere near done, but I can say that I love every step of my journey :).
