This is the lovely Whitney @whitchick_bbg who sent me this email: 

"Hi Kayla,

I have been doing BBG for 8 months. I've done 1.0 twice and I have a few more weeks of 2.0. When I found BBG, and became immersed in the community and everything that Kayla stands for, that is where I began to love myself. 

The BBG program is everything that someone needs to succeed in this journey. The workouts are tough, but not impossible. They focus on building muscles and growing stronger. The meal plan focuses on eating healthy and giving your body everything it needs instead of cutting out vital nutrients just to lower calorie and carb intake.

But most of all, I think the biggest key to success in this program is the community. The BBG sisters are the most supportive, kind, empowering, strong and beautiful group of women I have ever encountered. With friends like them all over the world, I have found a new love for exercise and health.

We build each other up with praise, words or encouragement and genuine love for each other. And on days where we are needing a little extra push, we are here for one another no matter what time of day.

Sweat With Kayla  This is the lovely Cat @catdrage who sent me this email: 

"Hi Kayla!

I have always been naturally thin and worked jobs where I was on my feet for 6 hours a day but then I moved to another state and took my first ever desk job. It was a very exciting time, but also a huge change.

I started eating out for lunch everyday and now spend most of my day sitting. I ended up putting on 20lbs. My self esteem took a huge shot and I decided I needed to make a change.

I won’t lie, I had to restart your program a couple of times because I’d fall out of the routine but once I stuck to the clean eating and your BBG program I started to really see changes.

It definitely hasn’t always been easy but I’ve never felt better! My girls have all been asking me what I’ve been doing and when I tell them I haven’t been fad dieting, but actually just eating wholesome food and working out regularly. They can’t believe it’s that simple!

I wish everyone knew that sometimes the simplest way is the best. Also because of your BBG program I’ve just fallen in love with fitness, I’ve started weight training a bit!

Anyways, I just wanted to thank you!
