These two amazing BBG mums have achieved INCREDIBLE results. Hear their stories below! 

This is the lovely Sarep who sent me this email: 

"Hi Kayla, 

I'm a mommy of two and I was done using the excuse "I just had a baby" as the reason that I was so out of shape. Before starting the BBG guide I was just beginning my journey to a healthier lifestyle and just recently started exercising. At first, my only goal was to lose weight and I was able to lose about 15 lbs before starting the BBG program.

But then I came across your program via IG and I knew that I had to try it. The results I was seeing looked so amaze! So in Feb. 2016, I decided I would give it a try.

I knew that I was not healthy - at all. I was considered obese for my body fat percentage compared to my height.. I was not happy with the way I felt or looked.

Now, I am in the best shape that I have ever been in so my self confidence is at 100. My clothing size have dropped from a size 12 to a size 2! I have had to update my entire wardrobe! :D

Also - my energy level has been so high. I always want to be active. I get up at 5:15am every morning to workout and do BBG! I am in love with this program and the community - it's all way too great!!

So thank you for your amazing program!!

Sweat With Kayla

This is the lovely Carli who sent me this email: 

"Hi Kayla, 

I hadn't ever really worked out before I found the BBG guides. I would always get frustrated at the gym because I felt like I didn't know what to do! This frustration grew after I had my baby girl. I wanted to tone up and didn't know where to start. I found you on Instagram and knew I wanted to give it a try.

After I had my baby girl I didn't feel like myself. None of my clothes fit and I didn't feel confident anymore. I wanted to feel sexy again! I wanted to find an inner strength, power, and love for myself that I felt was lost in my transition to the wonderful chaos of motherhood. I wanted to be a good example of strength and health for my beautiful daughter. 

After my first round of BBG I felt so good about myself! I was waking up earlier and had WAY more energy (even mentally) than before I started. It even gave me some "me time" away from mommy duties (which I love but it is still hard work ya know? )

I was accomplishing so much and felt that I was a way better mom, wife, and friend. It made me excited to wake up every day and made me feel like I could do anything if I put in the work. I wanted everyone to feel the way that I did. It was so empowering to have set a goal and accomplished it. I fit in all my Old clothes again and felt confident enough to wear a bikini which hadn't EVER happened before.

After two years of Kayla I have gained weight, my pants are a little tighter in the quads area but smaller in the waist. When I started I think I was 125 pounds. After the first round I was about 105 pounds. Now I think I am 110 pounds which is 8 pounds over my pre-pregnancy weight. I actually have stopped weighing myself because I just don't really care about the number! Haha I care about having muscle and how I look in the mirror. The number doesn't matter to me anymore.

I use both the BBG and HELP guide. I LOVE the HELP guide and feel it is the key to my success. I never knew I liked so much healthy food. I make a chart of my servings and put it on my fridge. I fill it in throughout the day and usually find myself saying "Oh no I need to eat MORE to make sure I get all my servings in for the day!".

Plus I feel so nourished and satisfied...not deprived at all. I switched certain foods and added in a lot more food to my diet instead of cutting out food. It is incredible and fun to try new recipes! I also felt that it regulated my mood and cleared up my skin.
