By now, you all probably know I’ve made it my mission to help women to feel happier, healthier and more confident. I want every woman to be the best version of themselves they can!
 
Here are a few more transformation stories that are sure to inspire you to make positive changes to your life!
 

Beatrice BBG Results

Beatrice says for many years, she hated working out. While she felt unhappy with her body, she admits she didn’t actually do anything to change her view of herself. 
 
According to Beatrice, her eating habits became a problem and her confidence was at a low. She became obsessed with her body appearance, but felt depressed and thought that things would never change. 
 
Beatrice developed an eating disorder. Her relationship with food yo-yoed between counting calories some days and bingeing others. While she tried to exercise, it became a frustration because she didn’t see the results she hoped for. Even though she was running regularly and eating better, Beatrice felt as though she didn’t have a good balance. 

Last year, Beatrice felt the need for change. She wanted to care for and nourish her body. While she had purchased my BBG guide years ago, she never felt the motivation to start it. After looking through some of the transformations on Instagram, she noticed how much stronger and more confident those women looked. So Beatrice began her BBG journey. 
 
Although she felt like fainting after doing one burpee, Beatrice stuck to it. She became organised and motivated. After 12 weeks, she could do 15 burpees non-stop! Beatrice realised that physical strength was just one aspect of her health; it was all in her mind!
 
At the end of her first 12 weeks following my BBG, Beatrice joined a gym. Her journey had taken her from not being able to run 1km to someone who loved the feeling of working out and loves challenging her body! Her new year's’ resolution is to do an unassisted pull-up. 
 
As Beatrice says, “BBG helped me to find a balance in my life and see that thanks to determination and perseverance, you can achieve anything you set your mind to.” Well said, Beatrice!
 
I love that Beatrice has recognised the power her mind has in changing her lifestyle. She has done an amazing job in finding inner strength. Great work, Beatrice!

Anna BBG results

Anna — @annaabarreraa
 
Anna says she has always been pretty disciplined when it comes to working out. Her workout routine mainly consisted of running and cardio, so while she was burning calories, she was not seeing the muscle tone she wished for. 
 
As Anna puts it, she wanted to step out of her comfort zone. Seeing other photos of the BBG Community made her feel inspired to be the best version of herself, and to try something new!
 
The leg exercises in my BBG program are Anna’s favourite! She has noticed a lot more muscle development since beginning her BBG journey, and proudly adds that her overall strength has dramatically improved! “I used to struggle lifting 5lb weights and now I can easily squat 40lbs!” 
 
One of the other advantages Anna has noticed is how much more comfortable she feels in her own skin. 
 
When girls just like Anna tell me how much more confident they feel since starting BBG, it makes me so happy! I want ALL women to know they deserve to feel their most confident! Well done Anna, I love that you are feeling positive about your journey — keep progressing!
