For so many women, starting a fitness routine can feel intimidating. You might feel a bit unsure of what you should be doing. You might feel nervous going to the gym and facing equipment that looks confusing. You might just have no idea where to start.
The good news is it's never too late to start, or too hard to learn. The two ladies in these stories are proof of that!
Kara’s BBG Journey
Kara explains that she was in a poor fitness routine before starting BBG. She felt intimidated going into the gym and was unsure what she should be doing. She tried a beginner’s program for runners but it just wasn’t something she enjoyed.
Feeling frustrated, Kara knew she wanted to make a change to her lifestyle. She wanted to be more confident. “I’m just 26 and I wanted to wear clothing that shows off my body and have confidence in a bikini!” Kara’s friend introduced her to BBG and it was a perfect match. Kara found the structure that she needed to help her step into the gym with confidence.
Within just a few weeks of starting BBG, Kara was noticing huge differences. She began to enjoy her LISS and resistance workouts and became more confident in her ability. Kara celebrates the victories throughout her fitness journey. “I think I’ll always be curvy and a size 12 pants but I feel so much confidence in my clothes. Tons more energy and my confidence is through the roof. Bye bye 10 pounds!”

Brenna’s BBG Journey
Brenna explains that her fitness routine before BBG was very up and down. She was alternating between workouts and would sometimes try to follow workout videos on YouTube but got bored with them quickly. She wasn’t seeing the results she wanted.
While Brenna was working out occasionally, she says she was not focused on her eating habits. “After experiencing a bad break-up, I was finally ready to take control of my life and my happiness.” Brenna decided to start my BBG program and immediately fell in love with it.
Once she committed to a regular routine, Brenna began to notice a difference. “I’ve become so much stronger physically and even mentally. My confidence has risen dramatically and I’m starting to feel comfortable in my own skin. I used to want to hide away from the world but now I’m excited to greet each day with a huge smile on my face.”
In addition to working out regularly, Brenna has also focused on her diet. She learned how to plan meals that give her the energy she needs for a good workout. Now that she is getting lots of energy from her food, doing high-intensity workouts and adding weights to her training is something Brenna loves. “Working out has really contributed to my love for life and the joy that’s instilled in me each day.”
