Bikini Body Guide Results I HAD To Share!

This is the lovely Alexandra @healthypommiegirl who sent me this email:

“Hi Kayla and Tobi,

I just wanted to email you both to say a huge thank you and just let you know how grateful I am for you both creating your amazing Bikini Body Guides and the Sweat with Kayla app! I am turning into the best possible version of myself thanks to your incredible community, guides and support!

My fitness journey, which lead me to your guides, started around February 2015. My first year of teaching was extremely stressful, my ex-boyfriend had broken my heart and I was trying to balance everything and everyone without taking a second to think about my health and fitness. Because of all this I ended up with glandular fever, severe anaemia and gastritis. I kind of realised at this point something needed to change and that’s when I found your guides!

I’d changed my diet to help heal my illnesses without having to take load of pills from the doctor. I was reading a lot of Deliciously Ella’s blogs and she had written an interview article with you about your guides. The article was so inspiring and just reading it made me want to become the happiest, healthiest version of myself so I purchased your BBG 1.0 Guide and I'm so glad I did.

I started your guide on September 14th 2015, and I haven’t looked back since! I can’t believe how much stronger am I now compared to when I stated your guides! I even ended up doing burpees in a public Nike store when I bought my first pair of gorgeous trainers!

I also wanted to say how amazing this community that you have created is! I’ve been to so many BBG meet ups, including the UK meet up, and even ran the warm up for our first Bristol meet up! I couldn’t have gotten through this journey without my amazing BBG girls! They are one of my greatest forms of support and encouragement and without you guys I wouldn't have met them and have in them in my life now!

I hope you guys don’t mind me emailing you both these pictures and just wanting to say thank you. I’m so proud of these photos and my friends and family have said how much happier I look all thanks to your guides! One friend said even my belly button looked happier! Haha! I can’t believe how much my body has changed in 8 months. I feel like I look incredible and most importantly I’m happy, healthy and I’m full of confidence and made so many real friends for life!

“Hi Kayla!

I'm currently on Week 21 of following your guides (BBG 1.0 Round 2) I will be moving on to BBG 2.0 after I complete my last 3 weeks! I wanted to reach out and say thank you so much for introducing me to a fitness program that I was able to maintain. I would not have reached my goals if it wasn't for the constant love and support from you and the BBG Community.

Before BBG, I never paid attention to my nutrition and I thought that in order to lose weight I needed to spend hours on the treadmill. I am now happy to say that I am so much stronger both mentally and physically. Thank you from the bottom of my heart - I can't wait to see where I'll be as my BBG journey continues!
