Ladies, I want you to think back to the last time you were going through a difficult situation. Did you feel stressed, tired and emotional? Did you feel a little overwhelmed with everything? Then you definitely want to read these stories. 

Both of these ladies went through some pretty major life changes and discovered how much a healthy lifestyle can help develop a more positive outlook. They’ve bounced back with a positive mindset and I’m sure they feel ready to take on the world!

I received a very heartfelt email from Kayla, who explained that before starting my BBG program, she had been through a difficult time. 

While she purchased my guides back in 2014, Kayla admits she didn’t commit to them completely. “I would attempt them but never complete them and always ended up quitting. I went out to party a lot with my friends, drinking and eating at 2am. Over two years (2014-2016) I gained over 30 lbs!” 

Going through a divorce, moving and starting over took its toll on Kayla. She knew she wasn’t following a healthy lifestyle and was tired of feeling insecure. 

After finalising her divorce and meeting her current boyfriend, Kayla felt it was time to give her lifestyle a makeover. She picked up my BBG Guides again and completed 25 weeks. After taking some time out from her routine for medical reasons, Kayla got back into regular training again and hasn’t looked back. “October 2017 I really changed my eating habits and have since lost 28 lbs and continue the BBG workouts today!”

Since starting her BBG journey, Kayla has noticed a huge difference in her confidence and her attitude. “I was very depressed and had a toxic mindset and felt that a lot of relationships in my life were suffering. BBG has helped me lose 28 pounds, drop from a size 10 to a size 3-5, and I sleep better! I have more energy and I just feel so much happier.”

Anh's BBG results

Anh’s BBG Journey — @bougieanhmay

Anh’s email talked a lot about her mindset towards her body. She explains that before having her first child, she didn’t focus on her health. She would often binge eat, then sometimes drastically cut back on her food if she felt as though she was gaining weight. 

Anh explains that she felt pressure to be thin. “I was made to believe that the less you eat, the better you look and it doesn’t matter if you are healthy or not, you are still a better person if you are skinny.”

Throughout her pregnancy, Anh was amazed at the changes her body went through and realised how valuable her health is. “No matter how I treated my body before, [it] never gave up on me and even helped me to have my healthy, happy baby now which is the most wonderful thing ever.” 

When Anh found some BBG transformations on Instagram, she was a bit sceptical at first. She began doing some of the free workouts and soon found herself becoming fitter and stronger. “After a few weeks, I was so impressed with how my body looked in the progress photo I took and how I felt at that time.” As Anh felt more and more positive changes, she decided to commit to my training guide and take her journey to the next level. 

In just 10 months, Anh has completely changed her mindset and embraces living a healthy lifestyle. “The left pic was me 6 months postpartum, I weighed 55 kg at that time. The right one was me 10 months after doing BBG and I weighed 50 kg. For so long I always thought that my value was defined by a number on the scale. But now I know I am more than that silly number and I love myself at every stage of my life.”
