Change. It’s A Wonderful Thing! #BBGTransformations

This week I have two incredible transformations to share with you girls that will have you putting in the hard work and creating your own change :) 

This is the lovely Carolina who sent me this email: 

"Hi Kayla, 

Before the BBG guides, I did a lot of Sport- a lot of Cardio, I would eat okay but not very good. I would eat a lot of chocolate and sweet things. I didn't really have a good plan for my Body.

I wanted to do something good for my body and that's when I heard about Kayla and her BBG. I was a little bit skeptical but a friend of mine did it already and she was excited.

My body was really changing and my skin was getting better and better. I felt good- full of energy! I also started to eat better. The BBG program is perfect because its 28 minutes and it changed so much in my Life and my body.

So thank you for this great programme and for motivating me everyday on Instagram and Facebook.

Sweat With Kayla

This is the lovely Ashley who sent me this email: 

"Hi Kayla, 

I have always been athletic. Growing up I played tennis, basketball, and track but once I started my first year of college I barely ever worked out and I didn't eat the best even though I thought I was eating healthy (loading the ranch on salads isn't healthy) and I gained about 20 pounds.

At the end of my first year of college I declared my major as dietetics so I started to learn more and more about nutrition. I started eating healthy, got back in the gym and was doing fitness classes but the workouts I was doing were repetitive and got old so fast.

I did that for about 2 years and lost 15 pounds of what I had gained. The first time I came across your Instagram I was like "MOM I need this program right now" So October 2014 I started BBG for the first time, I made it to week 9 because once I was on winter break I decided to take a break from everything I guess (Not sure what I was thinking doing that) but then I started up again in January 2015 and finished my first round in March 2015.

I felt UNBELIEVABLE and my confidence had never been so high! I was so happy with my progress! I gave myself a week break before starting again but then finals came and then summer and I just couldn't keep up. I attempted to start in the fall of 2015 again but for a senior majoring in dietetics, you have no time for anything else.

So once again, I had started over in January of 2016 and ever since then I have continued to follow BBG and I swear by it and tell every single person I know about it!

So thank you Kayla and Tobi and the rest of your team, you guys have built such an incredible community and I am so thankful for that!
