Confidence From Within Thanks To BBG!
One thing I absolutely love about being a personal trainer is watching my clients transform in front of my eyes. I’m not talking about the physical transformations and results from BBG — I mean the mental transformation.
It is incredible to see someone become more confident as they get stronger physically and mentally. Exercise and a healthy lifestyle can make a huge difference, especially alongside the support of the BBG Community.
You all deserve to feel confidence in yourselves and in your lives! The two stories I am sharing today are all about finding that confidence within and embracing it!
Karalyn’s BBG journey — @karathrop
Karalyn explains that before starting BBG she was working out but didn’t follow a consistent exercise routine. Karalyn says that she gained and lost weight a number of times and she found it difficult to stay on track. She even began BBG a few times but couldn’t make the lifestyle changes stick.
“My weight has fluctuated many times throughout the years and often I used food as a way to comfort me when depressed or anxious. I would often go to extreme measures when losing weight and then would quickly gain it all back. I saw weight loss as a punishment.”
Karalyn became tired of the fluctuations and not having the physical strength and fitness she wanted. She knew she needed a fitness program that would help her to be consistent and to learn to be disciplined with exercise and eating healthily.
To help her stick to a regular routine, Karalyn started working out with BBG and started interacting with the BBG Community. This step helped her to stay accountable and to feel supported throughout her journey. That support helped Karalyn to become more patient with herself and she found it easier to keep going.
“With BBG, I feel the happiest mentally and physically that I’ve ever felt in my entire life. I am much kinder and more patient with myself. I feel so grateful for starting BBG in the first place. Not only do I love the BBG Community, I’ve also shared my love for BBG with friends to keep us accountable.”
Karalyn wanted to share her BBG progress to help inspire other women who might be struggling with the same issues. While she previously struggled to work out regularly, now she wakes up early each day and makes sure to get some exercise in. Karalyn has been able to make exercise a part of her life and she is so happy she did!
“I feel so much more confident than I’ve ever felt. I feel so much more comfortable in my clothes in general. I have so much energy; I easily wake up early and feel energised throughout the day.”

Marialuisa’s BBG journey — @marialuisa_
Marialuisa explains that she had always tried to follow a healthy lifestyle, trying to walk outdoors regularly and eating healthily.
When she began university and had to make more time for study, it became harder to find time for regular exercise. A busy study schedule can make it difficult for students to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and to work out regularly, which is why my BBG programs can be a good fit. The resistance workouts can be done in just 28 minutes, so they can be easier to fit into a schedule. This is just what Marialuisa needed.
“I decided to change my lifestyle because I realised I was neglecting my body and that my lifestyle was too sedentary, due to university studies.”
Marialuisa began using my training guide, the BBG eBook and started following the workouts. While she didn’t make a lot of changes to her eating habits, having a regular exercise routine helped Marialuisa to start seeing results and so she kept going!
“Before starting, my weight was 65kg [approx 143lbs] and I lost only 2kg but I gained muscle mass! Now, in the second round of the BBG program, I feel my body is 100 times healthier, more toned, stronger and overall beautiful! I fit my clothes in a totally different way, especially on the legs and the waist, that is much thinner.”

When you embrace a healthy, active lifestyle, it really can help you to find strength, inside and outside. You become more confident within yourself and your abilities — which can impact all areas of your life! There are so many reasons to exercise other than weight loss, it is important to feel good!
