“Dear Kayla,

Thank you so much for a program that truly changed everything!

I first started BBG because I realized I had stopped making time for health and exercise.

Somewhere between juggling school and playing in a band, I started to believe I had no time for the gym anymore. I was always tired.

Since starting BBG, I have SO much more energy and am all around more productive in other areas of my life :)

I never thought I'd get to the point where I actually feel like something is missing when I miss a workout with you!

BBG has taught me that living a healthy lifestyle can actually be enjoyable and NOT always a chore. It is so much more than just a fitness program!

Sweat With Kayla
This is the lovely Christina who sent me this email:

“Hi Kayla,

I recently graduated from college and moved out to Austin where I started my new life. When I was in college, I was very active. I would always go to the gym and concentrate mainly on weightlifting. I hardly did any body weight exercise or cardio though.

I was job hunting at the time so I couldn't afford a gym membership. The gym at our apartment did not cut it as well, as a majority of the things I used at my college gym was not available.

I always followed your IG but was too scared to try the BBG because of all the cardio. I felt stuck, to the point that I stopped working out and my motivation just plummeted.

I didn't like that and told myself that I NEEDED to complete this program. I needed to do this for myself.

So I did! My energy and confidence has definitely increased. From being totally against running I now am participating in a variety of 5K's! I feel amazing because I committed to the 12 weeks to complete this program.

Seeing the progress was so worth it at the end. It's such a milestone!
