Energised And Smiling Thanks To BBG
While we all might have our own motivations for starting a workout program, so many BBG girls tell me how happy they are that they took that first step.
For some girls, making BBG part of their lifestyle is easy. For others, it can take a few tries before it happens. One thing most BBG girls have in common is that they feel more energised and are smiling more thanks to BBG!
These two stories show that no matter how easy or difficult your journey feels, the benefits of following a healthy lifestyle are so worth it!
Ashley’s BBG journey — @ashleydecarlo
Before starting my BBG program, Ashley admits that she did not follow a healthy lifestyle. While she was getting regular exercise, Ashley wasn’t treating her body well.
“I was always an athlete so I never thought I had to eat healthily or treat my body right to feel as best as possible. I would come home from practices and sit on the couch and either sleep or eat.”
Ashley decided she wanted to make a change to her lifestyle after going on a trip with her friends.
“I decided to go on a trip with all my beautiful best friends in college and realised I would be the most out-of-shape one in a bathing suit!”
Starting my BBG program helped Ashley to realise that she should be concentrating on how exercise made her feel. Once she began working out, Ashley started to notice the benefits, inside and out, and this gave her the motivation to keep going.
“I have lost a total of 25 pounds [11 kg] with the guide and went down two sizes in pants (which is generally hard for a girl with a now-small waist and big booty). My energy, motivation and mindset have changed for the better.”
Ashley proudly points out she now comes home from long practices and works out more.

Michelle’s BBG journey — @mjagnesak
In her email, Michelle explains that she was always very active. She played basketball regularly before making the switch to volleyball.
Michelle began looking for a workout program that suited her lifestyle. She found my Instagram account and became intrigued by the amazing BBG transformation stories and photos featured in my feed. Once she decided to give it a try, Michelle bought the BBG e-book and made a start.
“I can’t count how many times I gave up during this BBG journey. It was the circle of doing it for 4 weeks, then I got ill. Then I began again, trained for 6 weeks and left for a vacation, found another excuse to stop.”
For Michelle, it was not an easy journey but she wanted to stick to the program. It took a few attempts but eventually, Michelle found herself getting into a routine.
“BBG really helped me and taught me to be disciplined, hard-working and that the time you invest in yourself really pays off.”
Since making BBG a part of her lifestyle, Michelle has noticed a huge difference. She explains that she has more energy and her moods are better.
“If I could describe myself in one word, I would say I am pure sunshine or walking happiness, haha. Full of energy, always smiling!”
For Michelle, being patient and working hard has paid off. She feels good inside and out. Congratulations, Michelle! Amazing!
