Ladies, I’m a firm believer that a healthy routine can help you to make the most out of your life! These two amazing ladies have certainly found new levels of confidence and energy since starting my BBG program!

Regan

Before starting my BBG program, Regan was training at the gym but she explains that she didn’t really follow a set plan.

Regan decided she wanted to make a change for herself because she was tired of feeling insecure in her own skin. “For years, I covered up my body as much as I could and missed out on things like beach trips with friends and family because I refused to even wear shorts, much less a bikini!” 

Regan felt that she was missing out on her life and she was tired of it. Realising that she needed some guidance and structure for her workouts, Regan signed up to start BBG. She was ready to change her lifestyle!

BBG was exactly what I needed. I pushed myself more than I thought was possible. I’m the strongest, most confident and happiest that I’ve ever been. Not only has there been a physical transformation but an even bigger mental one!”

Hannah's BBG Results

Before starting BBG, Hannah explains that she wasn’t taking very good care of herself. She was hardly exercising and says that she wasn’t eating healthily either. That left her feeling lethargic. 

I was always tired and had no energy. I also lacked confidence in myself so it left me feeling very bad about myself.” Hannah decided that she needed to commit to a healthy lifestyle. She wanted to feel energised and to improve her general wellbeing, so she decided to start BBG

After 12 weeks, Hannah could see and feel a big difference. “I have lost 16 lbs [7.25kg] over the course of 12 weeks. I fit into clothes I haven’t worn in a long time. I lost 3 inches from my waist, 3.5 inches from my hips, 3 inches from my buttocks and 2 inches from my thighs. My confidence has increased dramatically.” 

Throughout those 12 weeks, Hannah learned a lot about fitness and about eating healthily. Even better, she now feels mentally strong and her confidence has increased. 

I’m so proud of you, Hannah. You have made some huge lifestyle changes and I know they are going to serve you well in the future. Keep it up!
