Another two amazing women share their incredible BBG transformation stories :)
This is the lovely Agnes who sent me this email:
Before starting BBG I didn't really live a healthy lifestyle. I gained a lot of weight in my teens after I moved to the USA and struggled to lose it for a long time. Fad dieting only made it worse because I was constantly tired and angry.
I decided to change my lifestyle after I was admitted to a hospital as I fainted while shopping with my mom. You have to understand that I never had any major health problems apart from an occasional cold and being diagnosed with acute pericarditis was a bit of a shock.
I suddenly felt that something needs to be changed as not only I was unhappy with how I looked, I was also concerned about my general wellbeing. I started BBG 1.0 and I loved it! Unfortunately I wasn't able to finish it, as in January 2015 I had to have knee surgery.
After my recovery I started and completed BBG 1.0 one more time and then decided to repeat it.
I have seen spectacular results! I lost about 2 clothing sizes and gained confidence. I feel more attractive, stronger and I have more energy! After BBG I started to enjoy getting up for morning runs and preparing balanced meals.
Fitness became my passion and now I can't imagine my life without it. I am working full time but I always find time for it. I cycle to work every day (12km one way) and go to the gym every evening.
I leave my house at 8am and come back at 10pm - it is not easy but I love going to the gym to do the guides and HIIT.

Before starting your guides, I was always active but never on the level that I am now. I would maybe workout 2-3 times a week, never really giving it my all. I never lifted a weight because I was scared of becoming “bulky” so instead I would spend hours on the treadmill with no results. I also suffered from constant bloat and fatigue and never seemed to find a cure for it….until now.
I decided to change my lifestyle after almost a year of following you on Instagram. I saw all these amazing results women were achieving with the BBG guides and I decided it was time for me to make a big change and see if I could achieve those results as well. I was tired of being tired all the time, constantly sluggish and feeling bloated.
My progress with BBG 1.0 has been more than I ever expected! I now have TONS of energy; I even wake up every day at 5:30 am to get my workout in before work. This is something I never would have done in the past. I had to go shopping because all my clothes started to feel loose on me and I have gone down 2 pant sizes.
I have lost a few pounds and am now so happy with my weight because I feel strong. Best of all I feel so much more confident with myself which has impacted my life in a huge way.
I would also like to note that though BBG I have made some of my best friends today! We workout together, travel together, and inspire one another daily to keep reaching our goals.
I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for creating such a body positive community! I have finished 2 rounds of 1.0, 1 round of 2.0 and am now on 3.0 in your Sweat with Kayla app and am loving it! Thank you!
