Ladies, if you have been following me for a while, you have probably seen lots of BBG transformation stories. One thing I absolutely love about BBG is that it becomes a tool that you can fit to suit YOUR lifestyle. 

With BBG, you don’t just learn HOW to workout — you also learn how to make working out a part of your life. That means you learn how to take care of yourself — knowledge you can share with your family and friends too. 

These two amazing ladies have found a way to make BBG a part of their lives and they have continued to go from strength to strength. If you are looking for a little inspiration — this is it right here!

Kate’s BBG journey — @katekilijanska

In her email, Kate explains that she felt she ate pretty healthily. While she admits to indulging in a cheat meal a little more frequently than once a week, it was her exercising habits that needed work. 

My biggest problem was the lack of muscles — I hated exercising, the only thing I did was yoga.

With an inconsistent workout routine, Kate knew she wasn’t going to reach her fitness goals. When she saw some BBG transformation photos on Instagram, Kate was intrigued. She saw women who had been doing my BBG program for years and was interested in trying it. 

Initially I just wanted to try to see how far I could go. I am getting married and wanted to look my best.

Kate found an approach that worked perfectly for her lifestyle. She began exercising with her fiance and they motivated each other to keep going. While she focused on getting her BBG workouts done, Kate also added some healthy recipes to her repertoire, thanks to my HELP Nutrition Guide. 

Since starting BBG, Kate has noticed so many positive changes that she is proud of. 

Last week, I went through all of my clothes — I can now fit into every single piece of clothing I own, including my prom dress and some stuff from high school (I’m 29 now!) — that put a huge grin on my face! There is that, but more importantly, a boost of energy and CONFIDENCE!

Congratulations Kate! You have worked so hard and I am so happy to hear you and your fiance are motivating each other. Keep it up xx

Emily’s BBG Before And After

Emily’s BBG journey — @not_another_fitmom

Before starting out with my BBG program, Emily explains that her workout routine was very inconsistent. Having recently had children, Emily wanted to focus on her health and her mindset, so she could be the best role model for her children. 

Before starting the guides, I had sporadically worked out and done a few other programs. I started BBG about 10 months after my second baby. I had lost all of my pregnancy weight but I was left feeling ‘saggy’ and I wanted to gain my confidence back.

Seeing so many other BBG mums on Instagram who were part of the BBG Community, Emily felt inspired. She explains that she felt strong on the inside and wanted this to show on the outside too!

Once Emily began BBG, she began noticing differences, particularly with her mindset. She became determined to set the best example for her boys and to show them how important it is to take care of yourself. It definitely shows, Emily! You are positively glowing in your photos. 

I actually wear the same size but I have tons more muscle! The sag is gone and I’ve never seen my butt look like this, even before babies! My energy and self-confidence is indescribable. I work full-time, have two boys under 5 years and I workout 6 days a week.”
