Happy, Healthy & Proud! #BBGTransformations
I love sharing transformation stories with you all. I think reading a transformation from someone who has gone through something just like you can really help with motivation. Seeing how they were able to change their mindset and become happier and healthier is so inspiring.
I think these two ladies have such inspiring stories! Read them below:
Claire — @Clurbur_
Before starting her BBG journey, Claire admits she wasn’t too worried about her health. It was appearance that she was concerned with, and being naturally thin, she didn’t feel the need to follow a workout plan. Claire even says, “I took pride in my ability to stay ‘in shape’ without putting in any effort.”
Once she went to college, Claire found herself surrounded by people who went to the gym, who tried to eat healthily and take care of themselves. She admits that while her friends made good choices for their health, she wasn’t always supportive. “I was always bitter and scoffed at their effort, saying it didn’t really matter, or probing them to skip the gym or come and get seconds with me.” However, Claire soon found that this got old. Not only was she the only one not going to the gym, but Claire had gained a little weight and was feeling tired of being the one who wanted to do nothing.
As Claire explains, she was tired of looking fit but not actually being fit. She decided to make a change and started following my BBG.
Since starting BBG, Claire has noticed more definition in her body than she ever knew was possible. She feels strong and is excited to get even stronger! “My more defined abs and arms not only make me feel aesthetically better, but are also reminders of the amount of work I’ve put in, and how much more my body is capable of.”
Feeling stronger and more energetic makes Claire want to continue on her journey. She feels like her life now has balance, a sense of routine and a constant to fall back on when things get hectic. I absolutely love these words from Claire, “As long as I am staying active and eating well, I hold on to my power. I feel so happy that I’m taking responsibility for my health now, and settling habits that I will have well into the future.”
It was so lovely reading Claire’s story because you can really see the journey that she took to reach this point. I’m so happy to read that there is balance in her life and that she is eager to keep going! Amazing work Claire :)
Laura — @Lsher.fit
Laura says that had she not found my BBG, she would still be the person in the photo on the left. Feeling unhappy, unhealthy and unmotivated. Since starting BBG, Laura says “It is designed to change your body, but it changed every aspect of my life.”
Since she began BBG, Laura says she has made new friends and really found a new passion: fitness! She gained her confidence back, which has helped in so many other areas of her life. In fact, Laura says BBG helped the rest of her life to begin falling into place.
The person Laura is today is full of confidence, happy and motivated. She is driven to be better every single day. And she’s realistic: “Yes, there are always setbacks along the way, but never again will I be the girl I once was.”
I’m not only impressed by your results Laura, but also your attitude. You should be so proud of all your hard work, amazing job!
