These two amazing ladies have achieved impressive results using my BBG program! I couldn't be prouder :)
This is the lovely Danika who sen me this email:
I started my fitness journey in January 2015. At that point in my life, I was the epitome of being too skinny and very unhealthy, weighing in at just 95 pounds!
My daily diet included fast food, candy bars, and some sort of dessert every day. I was unhappy with where I was at in my life and some situations I was going through at the time.
I had met a friend through work who inspired me to change my life for the better and to start THAT DAY! So, that's just what I did. I changed my eating habits, found your BBG guides and started working out daily.
Then I started seeing changes which made me even more excited about the healthy lifestyle I was beginning to live. Unfortunately, I fell off the wagon after my first 12 weeks and started going right back to where I started.
In January of 2016, I knew I wanted to get back to working out and remembered how amazing I felt while I was doing the BBG guides and started back up.
I'm currently on my 24th week and I could not be more proud of the journey I'm on and I'm addicted to the changes I'm seeing in my life, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
The most incredible things I've seen a difference in is that I'm happier, I have more energy, and I am a more positive person.
I'm so thankful I found the BBG guides and I hope to someday have a positive impact on other people's lives the way Kayla has had on mine.

This is the lovely Michelle who sent me this email:
Prior to starting the BBG guides, I would eat and drink whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted it. Sometimes I would have donuts for breakfast, pizza for lunch and pasta for dinner with a couple of glasses of wine.
I was always exhausted and thought I was suffering from chronic fatigue. I would go through phases where I would try to walk 10,000 steps a day, but I never felt motivated to complete any sort of weight training and I was never consistent with a plan.
I decided to change my life style because I was feeling very down emotionally and I had heard of the positive mental side effects of working out. I was tired of looking in the mirror and feeling sad, not recognizing the woman I had become.
I figured I had nothing to lose and everything to gain by simply giving my body the respect it deserved. Since starting the BBG, I have dropped two sizes in clothing, I am no longer tired all the time, I no longer have a "fuzzy brain" and I am actually feeling comfortable and confident in my own skin.
It is difficult to describe, but it seems like I finally live in the body I am supposed to. I could not be more grateful.
