Incredible BBG Results!
These two ladies have not only achieved incredible results thanks to BBG, but they have learned so much about taking care of themselves too!

Before finding my BBG guide, Lindsay says she felt uneducated about how to properly care for her body. She had recently had her first baby and wanted to get back into shape, but didn’t really know where to begin.
After finding my Instagram account and learning about the BBG and the community, Lindsay felt inspired. “Scrolling through the transformation photos gave me so much hope that I, too, could feel confident in my skin. These were regular girls like me who had changed their lives, and I knew I could do it too.” Lindsay wanted to take care of herself to be the best mother she could be for her daughter. She wanted to teach her the value of a healthy lifestyle and promote body confidence.
Since starting BBG, Lindsay has had a second baby. “The pic on the left is 6 months postpartum and on the right is about a year later. The journey was sometimes slow-going and definitely not perfect, but with consistency and dedication I am here now!” Lindsay used both my BBG training and HELP guides throughout her journey. She feels as though the nutrition guide was particularly useful, as it gave her the tools to be able to fuel her body!
Not only is Lindsay noticing a difference in her body, but she FEELS better than ever. She feels positive about making changes for her own wellness. She has learned so much about a healthy lifestyle and is able to use that knowledge everyday!

Maddy starts her story by explaining why she wanted to make a change in her life. She explains that around three years ago, her life was so busy that something had to give. A demanding job, along with children and running the house took up her time and it was her health that took a hit.
Avoiding photos, the mirror and scale became part of Maddy’s life. She hid behind loose clothing and even avoided the mirror after showering. And she was tired of feeling that way.
Seeing my Instagram page in October 2015, Maddy began taking notice of the BBG transformation stories being posted. When she learned about the 12-Week challenge starting the following January, Maddy decided she wanted to be a part of it. “That’s when I started looking at myself again. I was about to turn 40 years old at the time and needed something ASAP. I took a photo after showering, no special pose, no nice light or angle. Tears rolled down my cheeks, when and why did I let myself go?”
That’s when Maddy’s journey began. She purchased my BBG guide, made her Instagram profile public and posted her first photo. “The immediate support poured out right away, sooo many girls /ladies/ mums on the same page joining the challenge. I felt visible and accountable, so I joined the BBG Community and sucked it up.”
While it was tough to begin with, Maddy kept at it. She started to feel happier, stronger and more confident, but also had more energy. She even found herself sleeping better each night! “I went from 143 pounds to 125 pounds over a 2-year period, and this time the weight stayed off because it was slow, steady, healthy progress!” Throughout her journey, Maddy had the support of the BBG Community. She didn’t feel alone — there was always someone to relate to, or with a word of encouragement.
The incredible results Maddy has achieved is nothing compared with how amazing she feels! I’m so proud of her hard work and I LOVE how much the BBG Community helped along the way. Remember, you deserve to be the best version of yourself!
