Incredible Sweat With Kayla & BBG Transformations
It’s that time of the week again, where I share two amazing transformations by some inspiring girls. Both these ladies put in SO much effort and dedication, and achieved awesome results.
This is the lovely Dala who sent me this email:
“Prior to BBG I was exclusively a runner and has never lifted weights or been to a gym before, I also drank 5 days a week on average (lots of beer) and ate horribly! I would eat healthy during the week and then use that as an excuse to binge eat on the weekends, which kept me in a vicious cycle of feeling insecure about my body and never able to maintain stability.
I decided to change my lifestyle because I was tired of feeling low on energy, tired of the hangovers/hangover food binge days..and tired of having my heart sink every time I was invited to a pool party!! I even avoided wearing shorts like the plague because I was insecure about cellulite on my butt/thighs, and for these reasons wanted to change so I would feel comfortable in my own skin.
The progress has been INCREDIBLE! I no longer drink, no longer have cheat meals, I've gone down TWO sizes in jeans and a size down in shirts. I now wake up with the sun and go to bed early, which I could never do when I was drinking and eating poorly! So I'm WAY more productive now and have more energy day to day :) I feel incredible and now go shopping exclusively to purchase shorts and crop tops! Which I never imagined I would feel comfortable wearing. So fantastic to not fear getting dressed for events anymore.
My weight has gone from 130lbs to 113lb :D and I used both the workouts AND the meal plans.

I wanted to thank you so much for creating this program! You have helped so many girls around the world get their health, confidence and strength back! Me included!
When I started this journey, I tried your BBG Guides 2 times before they stuck. I thought I was in shape so it was a shock when doing one push up, 5 step ups or 3 burpees made me winded and too tired to continue! I had to modify a lot of the exercises and barely finished one round in the 7 minutes. I dreaded the workouts and looked forward to when they were over and I could go eat. I was obsessed with getting down to 130lbs (an arbitrary number that had no meaning except that I thought that's what I needed to be).
Flash forward almost a year (my Kayla anniversary is in 3 and a half weeks!) and everything has changed! I actually look forward to working out and seeing how hard I can push myself! I love eating healthy (and my cheat every once in awhile) and can tell the difference in how I feel and perform when I don't work out. Though I still would like to be a smaller size or a lower weight, I know that the scale is not everything so I try to set goals like get stronger, use 15 lb weights, do a pull up or get your abs to show. Things that are actually attainable. I sleep better, am in a better mood, can stay awake all day (most of the time) and have so much more confidence!
Working out and being healthy aren't a chore anymore, they're my lifestyle and I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for that! ❤️❤️
