Inspirational Mums! #BBGMums
These two wonderful mums have achieved some amazing results thanks to the BBG and their hard work. Congratulations ladies, you are both positively beaming!

Courtney’s BBG journey started in 2015, when she started training with a good friend to get in shape for her wedding. While Courtney had always been active, she felt the results she had previously been achieving had plateaued. Her upcoming wedding was just the motivation she needed to pick up the BBG and get started!
Shortly after, Courtney fell pregnant. During the last month of her pregnancy she was on bed rest and unable to keep up with a workout routine.
After giving birth, Courtney was excited to start her BBG workouts again. She received clearance from her doctor at her 6-week checkup and jumped back in, hoping to achieve the same results as she had previously. As Courtney says, “I knew it would be the best way for me to get back in shape and comfortable with my body again.”
Courtney feared some of the changes pregnancy would make to her body, and was scared she would no longer like how she looked. She is now thrilled to be in a place where she can look in the mirror and be happy!
Since becoming a mum, Courtney’s mother-in-law offered her a great piece of advice; part of being a good mum is taking care of yourself. Courtney is excited by the idea of continually improving her fitness and growing stronger with the help of BBG! She says “I fit into all my old clothes again! Still not much in the energy category since I am a new mom, lol, but I finally have my self confidence back.”

As a personal trainer herself, Jacelle has always been pretty fit. She had been using other programs, but decided to make the switch to my BBG program after having children. Being able to get her workout done in a shorter time was much more achievable for this busy mum.
Jacelle wants to set a good example for her 3 boys. She firmly believes in looking after the body you were given, so she always wants exercise to be a part of her lifestyle.
For Jacelle, her BBG workouts aren’t just about fitness. They help to clear her mind, relieve stress and help her to have the energy she needs to care for her family. As Jacelle says, “I feel confident in my clothes I wear, and feel fit and healthy for a mum of 3 boys.”
