This is the lovely Charley who sent me this email:
I have never seen myself as 'fat' but i've never been happy with how I look and always been uncomfortable with my body. I started the guides at the at the start of 2015 as I wanted to make a change and saw all these amazing girls progress and thought I can do this!
I started the BBG guide, but also included a little extra running (because I love running) and I do yoga every day too, but the biggest difference came from changing how I ate! I am now at 7stone 8lbs and can not believe the difference, I feel stronger, happier and a lot more confident.
Old clothes fit me again and it's such a good feeling! I almost got to a size 12 but now I'm back in my 6's and 8's really comfortably! My energy is so much better and I feel the fittest I have ever been!
I'm so grateful to have found and followed this amazing BBG community as it had given me drive and made me feel so much happier and determined to finally get to this point of life!

This is the lovely Brooke who sent me this email:
I had my second baby in October of last year. I was really wanting to lose the baby weight but in a healthy way. I was nursing so dieting wasn’t an option. I came across this BBG program and decided to try the week trial.
Within a few days I was hooked! I’m a pescetarian and one of my favorite things was that there was an option to filter the food options! I LOVED the idea of having the meals and the shopping list ready for me! And I loved that it is focused on eating healthy and not restricting and dieting. The workouts are FANTASTIC and challenging and I loved the way it’s set up in the app.
I feel so much happier with the way I look, the way I feel and the way my clothes fit. I feel empowered and strong and happy! I was able to tone up my booty and lose the extra tummy weight. I’ve never felt better!
I went from 130 lbs to 118 lbs, which is about my pre-pregnancy weight. But I feel like I’m so much stronger than before I got pregnant and definitely have more muscle tone!
