One of the main reasons I became a personal trainer was to educate women and to help them learn more about caring for themselves, inside and out. 

I love receiving emails from my BBG girls, especially once they have developed an understanding of how important education is for any fitness journey.

Annina — @anninaharkonen

Annina explains that during the time her first photo was taken, she was very focused on cardio workouts. Before she began BBG, Annina says she was unsure how to train properly. She was always active but felt as though her routine was not consistent. 

At some point, I realised I was getting less active and wasn’t as happy with myself as I had previously been and I felt that I was not comfortable in my body anymore.” Annina also felt that she wasn’t giving her body what it needed. She was often getting headaches, not drinking much water and not paying attention to her diet. She knew it was time to make a change. 

Once she began following the Bikini Body Training Guide, Annina found a workout routine that she enjoyed! “BBG gave me the structure to train my whole body evenly and to include some weights too.” Being able to get her workouts done at home in a short amount of time also worked for Annina’s lifestyle. Now, sometimes her boyfriend even joins her for a workout!

I’m so happy to hear that the structure of BBG works for you, Annina! It’s great that your boyfriend is working out with you too, keep it up!

Traci BBG transformation story

Before starting BBG, Traci admits that she hadn’t ever really committed to a healthy lifestyle. She was often trying new diet trends or going to boot camps but never felt as though she was making any progress. 

This became a bit of a cycle for Traci — she would give up on her new routine and go back to her old ways. “I wasn’t truly educated. So I’d give up and continue to eat away my feelings as the scale numbers went up. I was pretty much completely sedentary working a typical 9-5 office job and coming home to TV.” Traci knew this wasn’t healthy and she was tired of feeling unhappy. 

Once Traci decided to start BBG, she began to notice a difference. She felt as though she was sleeping better and her mind felt clearer. “I have more energy from the moment I wake up. I’ve only dropped one pant size but make up for that in the confidence and energy gained throughout the process.

Congratulations on all of your hard work, Traci! I’m so happy to hear that learning more about exercise and healthy eating has helped you on your journey.
