Loving Change And A New Lifestyle With BBG!

Helena — @bodymindandattitude
Helena has always been active, from going to the gym to doing group fitness classes. As she explains, sometimes the local sports centre felt like a second home to her! Helena would often do spinning and circuit training classes, as well as running 2-3 times a week.
After moving to Germany, Helena discovered yoga and began to practice everyday. While Helena enjoyed both yoga and running, she found her fitness level decreasing slightly. She was ready for a new challenge, and that’s when she found BBG!
Helena wanted to have a strong fitness routine and to feel more toned overall. She was already following a balanced diet, and wanted a workout program that complemented her goals. Since starting BBG, Helena says she has definitely felt an increase in both energy AND motivation. “I love planning my weeks and getting my workouts completed.” That routine has helped Helena to notice results as well; “I have managed to go from a UK size 12 to now wearing UK 8-10 clothes comfortably.” Even better, BBG progresses with you, so Helena will always have a challenge!

Alice — @lionessoflondon
In her story, Alice explained that she has always dealt with body hang-ups. While studying at university, Alice tried fasting, fad diets and a whole range of different things, trying to have a healthier relationship with food.
Since graduating, Alice began working as a broker in the City of London. Her job means she is regularly entertaining clients and unhealthy meal and snack options are always a temptation. “Over the past 6 years since university, this has only added to my bad relationship with food/weight, which in turn affects social events and relationships with friends and boyfriends.”
Tired of pretending to be confident for the rest of the world, all the while dealing with low self-confidence in private, Alice wanted to make a change. That’s when she started her BBG journey.
Aside from finding a new level of self-confidence, Alice is feeling amazing! As she puts it, “BBG program has changed my life and given me control of my body emotionally and physically, through educating me on how to have a healthy lifestyle. I am able to hold down a full city job, while keeping up my healthy lifestyle!”. Alice now feels as though she has the confidence to take on anything and everything!
Throughout her journey, Alice found the BBG Community to be a great source of support as well. When she has a bad day, the encouragement of the community helps her to stay on track.
“My weight hasn’t gone down drastically, but my photos show a big difference. I can wear a bikini comfortably now! This isn’t something I would have dreamed of doing before.”
Alice has really embraced the educational aspects of BBG and now her hard work is paying off! It’s great to hear how much BBG has helped ALL aspects of Alice’s life — that’s fantastic! Congratulations Alice, I’m SO proud of you!
