Making Time For A Healthy Lifestyle With BBG!

Ladies, I know it can seem difficult to make time for healthy eating or for regular workouts. There always seems to be a deadline to meet, somewhere you have to be or not enough time at the end of the day. 

Our lives are busier than ever but it is possible to fit exercise and healthy eating into a busy day. If you feel as though balancing your lifestyle is a never-ending struggle, these stories will give you plenty of inspiration to keep trying!

Molly’s BBG Journey — @mamabirdmolly 

Molly is a busy mum with a young family. With four young children who homeschool, Molly says she rarely has time alone during the day.  

After recently going through a divorce, Molly felt that she didn’t recognise herself anymore. “I wanted a change badly but I was so tired and run down, I just could not get going.” 

While she wanted to make changes for herself, Molly also wanted to set a better example for her children. With such a demanding lifestyle, Molly needed a workout routine she could do at home, even with limited time. “I started really slowly. I did my 28 minutes of BBG at home, 3 days a week. A few weeks in, I started working in more training in-between and now I am at the gym 6 days a week.”

Since starting my BBG program, Molly says her life has completely changed. She feels so happy and full of energy, which is great for her kids. “Training is a part of my daily lifestyle now. I have no idea how much I weighed before/after but I am down 2 clothing sizes and I recognise the girl I see in the mirror now! I feel strong and beautiful every day.”

Molly, you should be so proud of yourself. I’m sure your children love to see their mum so happy and full of love for life too. Amazing!

Shaina's BBG Results

Shaina’s BBG Journey — @bbgfuturedentist

Shaina explains that before starting my BBG guide, she was trying her best to take care of herself. She would try to eat healthily but often ate out during the week. She would often skip lunch or dinner to get more work done and then eat a big meal right before bed because she was so hungry. 

While she tried her best to work out regularly, Shaina found herself doing mainly cardio on the treadmill and soon became bored.

Studying took up a lot of Shaina’s time. “I dedicate Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm in class and Monday to Friday evenings studying, working on lab projects and my weekends are also dedicated to spending time on lab projects. This leaves very little time for myself and I decided that I worked so hard to get into dental school and now I’m working so hard to become a dentist but it wasn’t fair to myself to not work on being healthy and on my dream body.” With such a packed schedule, Shaina realised that she needed to take steps to care for herself in the long term. 

When Shaina came across my guide, the 28-minute workouts were a great fit. “It gave me structure and was easy to fit into my demanding schedule.”  

Since starting BBG and following it consistently, Shaina is noticing the benefits in all areas of her life. Feeling more energised has helped her to tick off her workouts regularly and she can also push herself harder at school. Her family are so proud of her for taking charge of her health and now Shaina’s sister is starting BBG too! “I feel so much more comfortable in my own skin! It was my birthday a few days ago and I wore a crop top for the first time in YEARS and felt great!” 

Wow, Shaina! You are such a hard-working young lady and I am so happy that you have taken steps to put your health first. Keep it up!
