Two amazing women share their BBG transformation stories! Read up for a boost of motivation! 

 This is the lovely Kassie who sent me this email:

"Hi Kayla,

Before starting the BBG Guides, I was all about cardio all the time. I would run, use the elliptical and push my body through little pains on long runs because I knew no other way to burn calories. I obsessed over calorie counting and weighed myself constantly. I used working out as a way to make up for what I ate and I felt so guilty for missing a workout. I wasn't happy with how I looked no matter how much I ran and dieted.

Then last summer I went in to see the doctor about some hip pain I had been feeling and found out that I had a torn labrum in my hip. Running was no longer going to be a part of my exercise routine. I panicked. I had just signed up to run the Chicago Marathon! I was absolutely devastated. I cried and didn't know what I was going to do now to stay in shape. Cue the Kayla Guides.

My sister introduced me to BBG and there was no turning back. With a little modification, I was able to complete the guides with little to no hip pain! After a year of following the Kayla Guides, I have never felt more confident and strong in my life.
I have never stuck to an exercise routine for so long! Even when I was running, I would go through bouts of no workouts at all. The BBG Guides have taught me that this journey is more about a lifestyle change.

I don't feel so guilty anymore about missing workouts and I'm not so obsessive over calorie counting anymore. I don't even remember the last time I stepped on a scale because I feel good about where I am and I don't need a scale to tell me that!

The BBG Guides have been a life changer and I hope to keep maintaining this lifestyle and hopefully help influence others to do the same! I am so thankful for this program that you and Tobi put together!

Sweat With Kayla


This is the lovely Carrie who sent me this email:

"Hi Kayla,

Before I found the BBG guides, I had just had a baby and was pretty hard on myself and feeling down about my body. You almost expect it to just magically go back to normal afterwards, and when it doesn't, it's hard.

I didn't even know where to begin on my fitness journey. One night when I was feeding my daughter, I looked on Instagram and I came across BBG accounts and was AMAZED.

I saw so many awesome transformations, I had to try it. I bought it and started immediately. One of the things I loved most was that it was only 28 minutes. I did them while my daughter napped right in the middle of our apartment living room. I always thought you had to spend hours in the gym to get in shape. I was so wrong!

I'm in the best shape of my life AFTER having my baby!!! I've officially completed 2 rounds of BBG1 and I'm on my second round of BBG2. My body has changed so much, I've lost around 35 pounds since having her, but so much more has changed also.

I grew confidence and found strength I didn't know I had. I found discipline and a love for exercise (I never in my life thought I would say that!!) I'm a happier person, I have more energy and I've made some real life friendships through this community.
