Jess explains that before she began BBG, exercise wasn’t a part of her life. She tried joining a gym several times, but didn’t stick with it for longer than around 6 months. “I decided to change because I wasn’t happy with what I was looking at in the mirror and for years I was only trying to accept my body, but my confidence was very low.”

Since starting BBG more than a year ago, Jess says it has completely changed her life. Instead of feeling tired or getting sleepy at work, Jess has energy and strength to get through every day. She has been putting in effort consistently and finding the results are great motivation to keep going. 

“I now wear a two piece bikini when I go to the beach and I feel good. I never thought I could do that anymore, because of my stretch marks, but my effort is so worthy that I don’t care the same about that anymore.”

I’m so proud of Jess for sticking with the program! Consistency really does pay off in the long-term, and Jess is a great example of that. Awesome work xx

Gem — @gembella_

A qualified personal trainer, Gem wanted to complete 12 weeks of BBG to step up her results. After finding herself stuck in ‘maintenance mode’, Gem was keen to jump into my 28-minute workouts! 

Something that drew Gem to BBG was the fact that she could perform the circuits at home with minimal equipment. As she explains, convenience makes the program sustainable for her. 

Since starting BBG, Gem is feeling so much stronger and has built muscle. Her energy level has improved and she’s found a routine that fits her busy schedule. 

As well as feeling more confident, Gem loves being part of the BBG Community. She’s even going to BBG Meet-ups in Perth to meet other members of the community!

Well done on your hard work Gem, it’s fantastic that BBG has been a good fit for your lifestyle. I’m so happy that you’ve found the support of the BBG Community to be helpful as well, they are an amazing bunch of ladies!
