This is the lovely Lexus who sent me this email: 

Before starting BBG, I had no idea about proper exercising techniques. I believed slaving away doing 2 hours of cardio a day would get me the body I always wanted!

I have always enjoyed eating healthy foods, but had some unhealthy relationships with food and exercise through out high school so my weight and appearance was always fluctuating. When I got to college, like most girls I gained the freshman 15 and that's when I knew I wanted to make a change and live a healthier lifestyle!

The progress I've seen since doing Kayla has been so much more than just physical changes. The most important differences I notice is my confidence, and how good I feel looking in the mirror every day after a sweaty workout knowing I pushed myself and gave it my all.

My weight before starting the program [in the photo on the left] was 135lbs. I now weigh 120 and feel so great and can't wait to continue on this path to a healthy, happy me!

Thank you again for helping me reorganize my life and for helping me realize what's truly important in life, and that's respecting and loving your body! I can't wait to continue with the guides, I'm on my second round of BBG 1.0 at the moment, and cannot wait to move on to 2.0 after I finish these 12 weeks!! Here's to the future :)

Sweat With Kayla

This is the lovely Nathalie who sent me this email:

"Hi Kayla, 

Before starting the BBG guides I was a final year college student, making horrendous food choices, binge eating, grabbing that chocolate bar for lunch and the jar of Nutella after a long day. I felt sluggish, my skin was bad, my sleeping was always interrupted. I felt as though I was getting so unhealthy, and weak, having been a dancer but couldn't find time to make classes anymore, it was upsetting yet I never attempted to change.

I was beginning to suffer from slight depression and anxiety, and felt a horrible feeling in the pit of my stomach and time I seen my body in the mirror. My relationship with food became a very bad one, I would starve, then binge, then feel too guilty to eat again for a long time and repeat this process day after day.

The number one factor that motivated me to change my lifestyle, was finding the BBG community on Instagram! I began following so many girls that had changed their lives around using your guide and day after day they inspired me so much. Full time students, full time workers, mothers, if they could find the time to change their lifestyle, I figured even though I was in final year, I could too!

I was never an overweight girl. Just extremely body conscious. In terms of clothing, most of my clothes still fit! Some jeans have gone loose at the waist but I fit them better booty wise hehe! My waist line must have toned up and muscle has grown a little in my legs and glutes. Which made me SO happy as I was always told when I was young how I had "no bum" but "tree trunk" legs.

I was always quite small and I know these were never said to hurt me, but for a girl who is extremely body conscious, those words are not easily forgotten. My energy level has burst through the roof!!! I used to struggle to get out of bed by 9.30am, now I'm getting up at 6.30am and sometimes earlier, actually excited to workout! My sleeping patterns have improved and I have far more energy throughout the day. My body feels like a brand new one when I think back on how I used to feel.

I have used the BBG guides for over a year. I repeated BBG1 and 2 twice before now doing BBG 3 using the Sweat With Kayla app!
