Something I love about my job as a personal trainer is being able to help women all over the world. While each of us has a different journey and different reasons for working out, we also have things in common. One of those is that we want to feel good — to feel strong and confident within ourselves. 

Sometimes, the encouragement and support of a friend can help us to make fitness and lifestyle changes that end up changing our lives!

The BBG transformation story I am sharing with you today is a great example of both of these things.

Sazan has a VERY busy life! She is a wife and mother, plus she runs her own business and a podcast. For many women, it can be incredibly challenging to try to balance everything, particularly after a period of change. For Sazan, this was after she got married.

Suddenly I felt like I had a million things piled up on my plate. I was tired but wanted to stay consistent with my fitness routine. One of my best friends came over and told me about BBG and how she was on Week 6 of the program. I was instantly so fascinated and curious about this program. Her journey inspired me to start mine.

Sazan explains that she had always tried to be fit and active but felt she wasn’t sure exactly what that involved. 

Before discovering the program, I was that lost and confused girl at the gym who wanted to live a more active and fit lifestyle, but to be honest I had no clue how. I wasted more time at the gym trying to figure out what to do than I spent actually working out effectively.

After hearing her friend talk about BBG, Sazan decided she wanted to give my workout program a try. Quick BBG workouts that can be done anywhere are a great fit for a busy lifestyle!

So I started with the BBG 12-week program. I remember the day I finished the program and how confident and proud I felt. It literally felt like I was crossing a finish line! Suddenly there was this spark in me to keep going and I have literally been sticking with it. I have repeated so many times I’ve lost count but right now I’m on Week 46!! It’s so cool to track my progress through the Sweat app and inspire other women in my circle to join the partyyyy!

I am a big believer that setting goals and being disciplined with your workouts can help you to change your life. And this doesn’t just apply to fitness, the benefits of a healthy lifestyle can apply to so many areas of your life. That is something that Sazan has found too!

BBG has made being healthy and taking care of my body no longer a chore and now a passionate hobby. There’s just something unique about this program that I’ve never witnessed with other programs, that does something to your mind, body and spirit. BBG is not an easy workout program but somehow it has had the power to give me energy in seasons of my life when I felt so defeated and not confident.”

For Sazan, the convenience of having her workouts available in the palm of her hand is fantastic too! If she needs to travel, she can still get a workout done by using the Sweat app. Sazan has found getting a HIIT workout can give her an energy boost for the rest of the day!

BBG has seriously shown me that I can take charge and ownership over my day and whatever obstacles try to tell me NOT to work out. As a result, I have learned that I can do anything I put my mind to — this includes so many other areas of my life not even pertaining to fitness! The program has truthfully changed my life for the better and given me a new-found confidence that I will never take for granted.
